Cabin owners near Bethel have a short drive to what they will tell you is the best barbecue on the East Coast, and it comes out of a truck. Big Kev’s proves you do not need a fancy dining room to smoke a serious brisket.
The brisket and nachos get a lot of love, and the Whole Chicken has earned a reputation as some of the best around. Pulled pork and ribs fill out the smoked-meat lineup, all served in big portions at a friendly ten-to-twenty-dollar range.
Set up with lots of outdoor seating and a laid-back scene, it is a fun stop when you are exploring the White Lake and Bethel area. Catering is a strength here, so it is a smart call if you have guests to feed.
