You will find it at 19 Main St in Robbinsville. Hours run 11 AM to 9 PM most days, a little later on Friday and Saturday, and parking is usually easy to find.

2. De Lorenzo’s Tomato Pies, Robbinsville Twp, NJ
Ask people to name the best tomato pie in the state and De Lorenzo’s comes up again and again. Established in 1947, this legendary BYOB has built its name on create-your-own pizzas and its house birch beer.

4. Maruca’s Tomato Pies (Maruca’s Pizza), Seaside Heights, NJ
Boardwalk pizza and a proper tomato pie are two different things, and Maruca’s proves you can have both in one place. Right on the Seaside Heights boardwalk, this casual spot serves its signature pie with a crisp crust, sweet tomatoes, and an excellent cheese blend.

5. Lillo’s Tomato Pies, Hainesport, NJ
Two Jersey favorites live under one roof here. Lillo’s is a family-run pizza parlor and Italian eatery in Hainesport known for both its tomato pies and its cheesesteaks.
The Trenton Tomato Pie has a thin crust, red sauce with just the right amount of sweetness, and a good balance of dough, sauce, and cheese that never turns greasy. On the cheesesteak side, look for the California Cheesesteak and a cheesesteak served on a seeded roll with plenty of melted cheese.

6. Cambiotti’s Tomato Pie Cafe, Landing, NJ
Way up in North Jersey, near Lake Hopatcong, Cambiotti’s flies the tomato pie flag for its part of the state. The pizzeria specializes in thin-crust pies and pasta dishes, along with other Italian eats for takeout and delivery.
The tomato pie is thin, crispy, and a little flaky, with a sweet sauce layered over the cheese in true tomato pie style. The Large Tomato Pie with Pepperoni is a favorite order, and the meatballs get plenty of love too.

7. Holy Tomato, Blackwood, NJ
The name says it all, and the pies back it up. Holy Tomato is an eclectically decorated BYOB in Blackwood that has become the go-to for thin-crust tomato pie in South Jersey.
The crust here is famously thin and crispy, built with quality ingredients like double-zero flour from Italy, and the tomato sauce is packed with flavor. Beyond the original tomato pie, the menu runs creative with a Buffalo Chicken Pie, a hot honey pepperoni option, and a Margherita Pie.
