Insomnia Cookies is rolling out special treats for St. Patrick’s Day 2024. The bakery has introduced a new Irish Potato Classic Cookie and more for the holiday.
Let’s take a closer look at what they’ve got:
- St. Patrick’s Day Collection: This collection is available in stores and for local delivery until March 25, but only while supplies last.
- Irish Potato Classic Cookie: This is a nod to the Irish-American tradition. It’s a tasty Snickerdoodle dough filled with coconut flakes and cream cheese chips, taking inspiration from the classic Philadelphia Irish Potato candy.
- Pot O’ Gold Lil’ Dipper: Enjoy twelve Mini Classic cookies with either buttercream or cream cheese icing, plus a sprinkle of edible gold dust to make it extra festive for St. Paddy’s Day.
- Pot O’ Gold Big Dipper: Choose four Classic cookies with the same buttercream or cream cheese icing and edible gold dust for that special St. Paddy’s Day touch.
The bakery is also celebrating the release of “Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire” with a special collection:
- Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire Collection: These goodies are up for grabs until March 31 or while supplies last, and the prices may be different depending on where you are.
- Slime Puft Cookies ‘N Cream Classic Cookie: Made in celebration of “Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire,” this green, marshmallow-filled Cookies ‘N Cream classic cookie is inspired by the movie’s character.
