The Habit Burger Grill has recently begun trying out Charburger Tacos at some of their restaurants in Southern California. These special tacos are only around for a short while.
What makes these tacos different? They start with beef patties that are cooked right over an open fire. Then instead of a regular taco shell, these patties are placed inside a tortilla that’s light and airy. This lets the flavor of the cooked beef be the star.
In each taco, you’ll find a grilled beef patty with melted American cheese, sweet caramelized onions, crunchy pickles, and lots of lettuce and tomato to keep it fresh. It all gets a pop of heat with some spicy red pepper sauce drizzled on top.
