Who doesn’t love fast food collaborations? Whether it’s with a celebrity, a fashion brand, or even another fast food chain, these unexpected pairings always leave us saying, “We didn’t see that coming!” And when they hit, they hit big—breaking the internet with everyone wanting to get their hands on them. Here’s a look at some of the most memorable fast food collaborations that broke the internet.

Last 2024, Spongebob Squarepants celebrated his 25th anniversary, so they collaborated with  Wendy’s to create the Krabby Patty Kollab meal. It features Krusty Krab-inspired food such as the Krabby Patty Kolla Burger, Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty, and Hot & Crispy Medium Fry.

Cheetos celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2020, which is why they collaborated with Milk Bar for a celebratory cake. It features Milk Bar’s birthday cake and a sprinkle of cheddar frosting as toppers. But that’s not all, as pieces of Cheetos were also added to the layer for a cheesy crunch and sweetness in every bite.

Dunkin’ and GRAMMY-nominated popstar Sabrina Carpenter recently collaborated on an espresso drink called Sabrina’s Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso. The drink combines Dunkin’s signature espresso with brown sugar notes and oat milk that is shaken, as seen in the Shake that Ess’ ad campaign. The drink was also a reference to the popstar’s hit song, “Espresso.”

Crumbl teamed up with rising popstar icon Olivia Rodrigo last summer for the Guts Cookie, which was inspired by the singer’s GUTS 2024 tours. The purple cookie bears a resemblance to the aesthetic of Rodrigo as it features a star-shaped cutout on the center with star sprinkles. It also had two chilled vanilla cookies sandwiched in layers of triple-berry jam and vanilla buttercream.

One iconic collaboration between a fashion designer and a fast food brand that the internet will always remember is Moschino and McDonald’s. In 2014, Moschino debuted their McDonald’s-inspired capsule collection, which features a $780 sweater and a $78 french fry iPhone case. Other products include a sweater, shirt, bag, and belt.

In May 2020, Nike created shoes in collaboration with ice cream store Ben & Jerry’s and called it “Chunky Dunky.” The name is a play between Nike SB’s Dunk Low and Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Monkey ice cream flavor. The shoes feature a fuzzy cow print feel and tie-dye pattern that resembles the ice cream packaging.

Believe it or not, Crocs created footwear for KFC fans and their collaboration with the fast food brand. You may have seen the quirky look of the Crocs shoe, where they printed KFC’s Original Recipe chicken all over and the brand logo on the back. Fans can even choose to add some Fried Jibbitz in the shape of KFC’s fried chicken leg.

In 2021, McDonald’s teamed up with South Korean boyband BTS for the BTS Meal. The meal consists of  10-piece Chicken McNuggets, Cajun and Sweet Chili Sauces, Medium Fries, and Coke. However, some fans were disappointed as McDonald’s USA’s packaging is different from the iconic purple logo packaging from other countries.

Tim Hortons collaborated with singer Justin Bieber in 2021 for his line of doughnuts and cold brew called “Timbiebs Timbits” and “Biebs Brew,” where he is involved in the creation. The collaboration was launched in the U.S. and Canada. When you think about it, it makes sense that the biggest Canadian coffee chain is collaborating with the most popular Canadian singer.

Imagine feasting on a huge burger; then you get the sweats. The collaboration between Arby’s and Old Spice just makes sense as they teamed up to give men what they need when they encounter meat sweats. The brands created a limited-edition kit complete with Old Spice Sweat Defense Spray, sweatshirt, sweatpants, and headband with roast beef design.
