Last June, Birdcall introduced the K-Pop Chicken Sandwich as a limited menu addition. Fans get to taste the flavor of fried chicken that South Korea boasts as the sandwich is filled with Birdcall’s all-natural crispy chicken smothered in Korean BBQ Glaze, gochugaru, and kimchi slaw. Gochugaru are special chili flakes that add a sweet heat of flavor and balance the tangy taste of kimchi. Sadly, the chicken sandwich was only available until July 2, 2024. We do hope that Birdcall brings the sandwich back!
