Bob Evans Farmhouse Kitchen has partnered with the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute to create a brand-new Fish Fry Menu in time for the Lenten season of 2024. The menu introduces wild-caught Alaska Cod options for families looking for meatless meals on Fridays.
The menu, available only at Bob Evans, contains various options. Guests can try the Fish Fry Platter that includes three pieces of wild-caught Alaska cod in a pub-style batter, two onion rings, dill tartar sauce, and a lemon wedge. It’s usually paired with French fries and homemade coleslaw, along with a choice of freshly baked bread. A smaller version is offered as a Kids’ meal.
For a quick meal, the Fish Fry Sandwich is a great choice, layering two pieces of Alaska cod in pub-style batter with cabbage and dill tartar sauce, served on a brioche bun with fries and a lemon wedge.
Seafood lovers may also enjoy the Fried Shrimp Dinner, with eight fried shrimp, cocktail sauce, two sides, and a bread choice. If you prefer something lighter, the Lemon Pepper Sole Fillets with a lemon-pepper seasoning, served with two sides and bread, could be just right.
