The Big Biscuit has recently unveiled their fantastic summer menu. They are releasing new products that will give a much needed excitement to our breakfast this season. First up, we have their star attraction, the Strawberry Shortcake Bonut. It’s a sweet new breakfast item made with their signature buttermilk biscuits, dipped in French toast batter, fried to a golden brown, then tossed in powdered sugar and topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. the best part? You can have it for only $5.99.
Moving on, The Big Biscuit is shaking up their classic sides by adding a new twist. Their breakfast sides are pretty amazing. You can choose from breakfast potatoes, hashbrowns, grits, or French fries and take them to the next level by having them in two new options: Loaded or Ladled. When they’re Loaded, they’ll get topped with green bell peppers, onions, and cheddar cheese. On the other hand, when they’re Ladled, they’re covered with their famous homemade sausage gravy.

Next, you have their Specialty Lemonades and Teas. Of course, you can’t have summer without lemonades and iced teas. So The Big Biscuit is delivering both in a big way by having plenty of options to choose from.
