Burger fans are in for a big treat—and we mean big. Gourmet Burger joint Red Robin has recently rolled out their limited Olympic-themed menu items for summer, the Gold Medal Burger and Star-Spangled Spritzer!

Inspired by the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics that will kick off on July 26 through August 11, The Gold Medal Burger features three layers of American cheese in between three juicy burger patties on a bed of pickles, Red’s relish, and onions, topped with mayonnaise, tomato, and lettuce. It comes with unlimited refills of crispy Steak Fries (or another unlimited item of your choice).
The Gold Medal Burger is about 18 ounces in weight, making it the perfect summer challenge for anyone up to the task. The burger chain has already hosted a competition internally, daring participants to finish the huge Gold Medal Burger, as well as the tall Star-Spangled Spritzer. However, only a few managed to finish the challenge.
The chain says that they are excited to see who else is up to take on this fun summer feat. Those who are brave enough to try will get a chance to become a Gold Medal Burger Hall of Famer, which will be posted online on Red Robin’s official website. To see if you are one of those who might conquer this challenge, simply pay your local Red Robin a visit and place an order for the Gold Medal Burger. To make your entry official, you must submit your name via the brand’s website.
The Star-Spangled Spritzer, on the other hand, is a Sprite with wild raspberry flavor, finished with a fluffy piece of blue cotton candy that melts away to complete the look of a red, white, and blue festive drink served in a souvenir cup that lights up.
This limited-time combo is available now. The Star-Spangled Spritzer is limited to dine-in purchases, and the Gold Medal Burger is available only at select U.S. locations until August 11.

Why Red Robin is a Go-To Burger Desitination
Red Robin isn’t your average burger joint. It all began in 1940s Seattle, Washington, when the restaurant was still called “Sam’s Tavern.” It was a small spot near the University of Washington where the owner, who was a member of a quartet, loved singing the song “When the Red, Red Robin (Comes Bob, Bob, Bobbin’ Along).” This eventually led him to rebrand to the name “Red Robin” and become the iconic American burger chain that we’re all familiar with today. What started as a small tavern quickly turned into a go-to burger destination. The quirk of Red Robin’s story is seen in the chain’s fun atmosphere, friendly service, and of course, its amazing burgers.

From The Club
I love a good and weighty burger but I think my average female stomach only has a limit of 2 patties. So, I’m not even going to try. However, I do have a lot of tummy space for chocolate milkshake so I’ll just stuff my face with that while the $4 deals are still here.
