Carl’s Jr. spoils its fans once again as they bring back two viral fan favorites to bring more heat this summer. While they’re not releasing a full summer menu, the fan-favorite burger brand is not behind in delicious summer menu items with the Teriyaki Burger and Teriyaki Char Chicken Sandwich returning to their locations starting June 24, 2024.
The Double Teriyaki Burger features two charbroiled patties with sliced grilled pineapple, melted Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, mayonnaise, and tangy teriyaki sauce on top. This new burger baddie carries 1190 calories on a seeded bun.
On the other side of the pan, guests can also pick the Teriyaki Char Chicken Sandwich includes a charbroiled chicken breast with a slice of grilled pineapple, melted Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, mayonnaise, and savory teriyaki sauce in a potato bun. This returning favorite has 590 calories on the count.
Plus, after discontinuing its Beyond Burger, Carl’s Jr. releases the Fried Zucchini Star Burger, a new vegan-friendly option. It features crispy fried zucchini, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, dill pickles, sliced onions, mayo, and Special Sauce, all on a toasted seeded bun. This new vegan-friendly burger has about 600 calories and has a $4.29 price point.
In addition to these new vegan and returning teriyaki menu items, Carl’s Jr. is also introducing a “new” mix-and-match value meal deal with the 2 for $6 Double Take in select locations. Some fans may recall that it’s similar to the previous Double Take value meal but with a $1 price increase. Carl’s Jr. new and regular customers can choose from small Hash Rounds, French toast Dips, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Lil’ Cheeseburgers, 6-piece Chicken Stars, small cheeseburgers, or small fries. If you want a packed meal for less, Carl’s Jr’s 2 for $6 Double Take is an ideal option, available daily through August 13, 2024.
Available for a limited time, the Teriyaki burger and sandwich lineup can be purchased at participating Carl’s Jr. restaurants across the country. However, prices may vary depending on Carl’s Jr. location.

Spicy Breakfast Burger
If you want some heat at the start of your day then the Spicy Breakfast Burger is an ideal breakfast option for you. It got all the burger essentials but with the spices of jalapeno slices – it has a beef patty, spicy jalapeno slices, crispy bacon, a fried egg, zesty pepper jack cheese, Hash Rounds, and ketchup, all tucked inside a bun with seeds on top.
Spicy Western Bacon Cheeseburger
What’s better than a bacon cheeseburger? The Spicy Western Bacon Cheeseburger at Carl’s Jr! This hot baddie is piled with a beef patty, jalapenos, bacon, melted pepper jack cheese, onion rings, and a tangy BBQ sauce in a similar bun with seeds on top. Nothing beats the flavors brought by a combination of bacon, bbq sauce and jalapenos, beating the popular small cheeseburger.

From The Club
Burgers have been a favorite comfort food of mine, along with donuts and other desserts. With Carl’s Jr‘s new Teriyaki lineup, I’m most excited about the Double Teriyaki Burger, I’m curious how well the teriyaki sauce blends with the classic burger ingredients. But while I have my taste for greasy patties and crispy bacon strips, I may take a step back with Carl’s Jr. spicy cheeseburgers. Don’t get me wrong, my love for burgers doesn’t decrease, I just can’t take some jalapeno spices on top of my patties or bacon.
