Birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations aren’t complete without a sweet treat in the table. So, for Wetzel’s Pretzel’s 30th Anniversary celebration, the brand is serving up deliciously-looking pretzel snacks for fans.

Guests can step right up and try Wetzel’s Pretzels’ latest addition for its 30th Anniversary: Strawberry Funnel Cake Bitz. Available from July 8 to October 20, 2024, these bite-sized treats feature buttered pretzel bits drizzled with sweet and tart strawberry sauce and dusted with powdered sugar to recreate the popular funnel cake experience. Priced at $7.99, they can be found at participating locations nationwide.

After the successful release of the Orange Dream drink earlier this year, this treat continues Wetzel’s theme of celebrating its 30th Anniversary by offering innovative products that capture the essence of 90’s childhood memories. The Strawberry Funnel Cake Bitz brings a new twist, offering a sweet taste of strawberry fields while also letting customers relieve the nostalgia of childhood summers.

Plus, a special promotion greets you with $1 off the Strawberry Funnel Cake Bitz through the Wetzel’s mobile app from July 22nd to August 4th, 2024.

Cool Down with Wetzel’s Pretzels This Summer

You may not like the heat this summer but no worries, Wetzel’s Pretzels is here to cool you down. While they don’t have a wide selection of beverages, their lineup is enough to quench your thirst with their fresh take. Let’s take a quick dip on their drinks lineup.

  • Fresh Lemonade: Available in a variety of flavors, including Original and Strawberry.
  • Frozen Lemonade: Available in various flavors, including Original and Strawberry.
  • Frozen Granita: Available in a variety of flavors, including Kiwi Strawberry and Blue Raspberry.
  • Fountain Drinks: Treat yourself to Ice Cold Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Raspberry Tea, and Mountain Dew.

Wetzel’s Pretzel’s Orange Dream

Recently launched last April 2024, the Orange Dream beverage was inspired by the classic creamsicle, a favorite treat with orange and vanilla flavors. The Orange Dream drink combines a sweet orange citrus granita with a creamy, soft whipped topping—it’s a playful twist on that nostalgic flavor.

But hurry, the Orange Dream beverage will only be available for a couple of weeks. I’m guessing it’ll be pulled out when summer ends. So, don’t forget to order a cup while it’s part of Wetzel’s celebratory theme. I promise you’ll get a sweet taste fit for summer and a surge of childhood nostalgia.

From The Club

While I’m not a big fan of pretzels or pretzel bites, but I must admit, Wetzel’s Pretzel’s Strawberry Funnel Cake Bitz‘s strawberry sauce makes me crave these new pretzel bites. I’m curious how well would the strawberry sauce blend into the pretzel texture, and if they’re going to be too sweet since there’s also powdered sugar dusting. Well, I’ve got until October to find out, share a pack with my nephew, and let him finish the rest.
