Cheers to 2025 New Drinks from Baskin Robbins, Del Taco, and More (2)

There’s been a lot of food menu items on our list to kickstart 2025, but what about the drinks? Of course, there is, and we’ve got a ton to show you! 🤩

Beverages are an important part of every meal — may it be fountain drinks, juices, lemonades, milkshakes, you name it. In the past year, we’ve seen a ton of them, especially in the summer and fall seasons. Now, you don’t have to wait for those seasons to come, as we’ve got a bunch on our cups. If you’re looking for the perfect sip, then stick along as we feature must-try beverages from your favorite fast food places.

Baskin-Robbins

It’s the start of something new (insert High School Musical reference) here at Baskin-Robbins as they introduce their newest January Flavor of the Month: Cinnamon Roll. Baskin Robbins is putting a flavorful twist on this classic favorite treat and turning them into milkshakes and ice cream.

Now, what’s so special about this new flavor? Baskin-Robbins’ Flavor Experts have transformed this pastry treat into a creamy shake. It features real cinnamon plus cinnamon roll ice cream, dough pieces, and some gooey cinnamon cream cheese-flavored swirls.

In case you’re not familiar with it, Baskin-Robbins has this thing called Flavor of the Month, just like IHOP’s Pancake of the Month. The concept is pretty self-explanatory: each month, Baskin-Robbins features a new flavor to star.

Going on a little trip back in memory lane, when Baskin-Robbins was founded in 1945, ice cream shops used to serve the same flavors of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. This was when the brand decided to add flavors more than the generic ones, so the founders decided to go big and offer 31 more flavors. In 1953, the iconic 31 was created to represent a different ice cream flavor for each month.

Fast forward to decades later, Baskin-Robbins is still taking on the flavor innovation, boasting over 1,500 flavors created. They’ve got flavors for everything you can imagine, even going as far as creating a new flavor every month.

Check out some of the flavors that were created specifically for the Flavor of the Month series:

  • Love Potion #31 – Chocolate and raspberry flavors
  • Beach Day – Salted vanilla flavor
  • Twix Caramel Crunch – Collaboration with Twix cereals
  • Marigold Dreamsicle – Vanilla bean with marigold blossoms and orange swirl.

Del Taco

Del Taco is opening the year with dragon fruit and blueberry options as beverages. Yup, that’s right. New drinks at Del Taco will feature the pink and soft-spiked dragon fruit drink blended with blueberries to create a beverage mixed with fountain drinks, a lemonade, and a shake. You may remember Del Taco’s refreshment poppers, which were released last summer. The good news is they’re making a comeback, but in a different flavor, of course.

Choose your pick from the new beverages:

  • Dragon Fruit Blueberry Sprite Poppers – This refreshing cold treat features blueberry fruit flavored popping boba pearls that are mixed with pieces from real dragon fruit and Sprite over ice.
  • Dragon Fruit Blueberry Lemonade Poppers – This drink is perfect for those who love lemonade. Same with the previous drink, it has blueberry fruit flavored popping boba pearls that are mixed with dragon fruit pieces and Minute Made Zero Sugar Lemonade that is poured over ice.
  • Dragon Fruit Blueberry Shake Poppers – Vanilla Shake is taking on a different spin with this treat right here. It has a Vanilla Shake base with blueberry fruit flavored popping boba pearls that are mixed with dragon fruit pieces. This is the shake to order if you want to try out something different.

Dutch Bros

Dutch Bros is taking you back to your parent’s house at a time when you get to watch morning cartoons and eat your energizing breakfast of cereals. Your favorite part might probably be the sweet milk that’s already been filled by what’s left of your favorite cereal. This nostalgic drink is making its way to Dutch Bros, and it comes with two exciting flavors: Cinnamon Swirl and Marshmallow Dream.

If you’ve got no time for breakfast, catch any of these cereal drinks to fill you up in the mornings:

  • Cinnamon Swirl – If you miss having your cinnamon-flavored cereal, then this is the option for you. It features a cinnamon-flavored sugar cereal with Soft Top and crunchy cinnamon cereal dusting. You can order the drink as Latte, Protein Latte, Freeze, or Chai Latte.
  • Marshmallow Dream – Remember those sugar cereals with tiny, colorful marshmallows in them? That’s pretty much the inspiration for this drink, as it features marshmallow cereal-flavored milk that is topped with a Soft Top layer and marshmallow charms. You can sip this drink in a Latte, Protein Latte, Freeze, or Chai Latte.

Jack in the Box

There are more ways to enjoy your burgers at Jack in the Box, and it’s through the newest addition to their beverage menu: the Lemon Razz Lemonade Tea with Bursting Boba. This unique drink has different flavor blends as it features a freshly brewed iced tea and lemonade mix. It has a flavor of lemon and raspberry in every sip as it’s poured in strawberry-flavored bursting boba, much like the ones that Del Taco used to have over the summer.

What are you waiting for? Go get them while they’re still brewing at Del Taco locations!

The latte features Krispy Kreme’s signature latte base that is blended with a flavor of Caramel Vanilla and topped with whipped cream.

From The Club

One thing that I look forward to when eating at fast food restaurants is the drinks that come along with my meal. Usually, I just order the available branded fountain drinks, not those beverage creations from them. However, these new drinks and shakes make me want to try and take a sip, especially those popping flavored boba ones from Del Taco and Jack in the Box. Also, Dutch Bros’ Marshmallow Dream has been on my must-try list since the start of the year. As for the Baskin-Robbins and Krispy Kreme ones, I’m not really fond of drinks that are too sweet, but I guess I can’t really judge without trying.
