Chipotle Kicks Off Halloween with Boorito 6 Burrito Deals and More

Chipotle joins the roster of fast food chains that gives Halloween an early start on the calendar.

We’re just a few days away from Halloween, but spooky deals and new menu items are slowly creeping their way into our favorite fast food chains’ menu lineups. We’ve seen a good mix of Halloween tricks, from creepy-themed menu lineups to fun-looking Halloween buckets, these seasonal offerings add a fun twist and takes the Halloween celebration to another level. And this time, Chipotle is the latest food spot to show their tricks or rather, treats for the season.

Chipotle Mexican Grill, the fan favorite Tex-Mex restaurant, announced the comeback of their iconic Halloween tradition, the Boorito. This year, Boorito will be an in-restaurant celebration featuring a discounted entreé offer for guests wearing Halloween costumes from 3 PM to closing time (local time) on October 31, 2024. Additionally, Chipotle Rewards Members who are located in North America will get a special offer for $6 USD / $7 CAD entreé. But that’s not all, Chipotle is also bringing their Boorito campaign to Europe for the first time ever! The European version of the Boorito will see guests enjoying a Halloween deal of £6 / €7 entrée in the United Kingdom and France.

Chris Brandt, the Chief Brand Officer at Chipotle, shares that as an annual tradition to treat their fans, Chipotle is always looking for options to take their Halloween celebration to another level. He also shared that by extending their store hours on college campuses and expanding the festivities to two new continents, Boorito will be a bigger Halloween celebration than ever.

Here are the other Boorito tricks and treats that Chipotle has prepared up their sleeves:

  • Boorito After Hours: Late Night Dining for College Towns – Chipotle recognizes the Gen Z trend of late-night cravings, so the brand is answering back with a solution. Select Chipotle locations in college towns across the U.S. will stay open until midnight on Halloween. That means, 53 Chipotle locations will be open until 11:59 PM local time on October 31, 2024, which will make it easier for students to grab Boorito’s $6 USD / $7 CAD entrée offer. For a complete list of participating locations, visit Chipotle’s page (www.chipotle.com/boorito-after-hours)
  • Boorito Goes International: A Halloween First for Europe – Chipotle first launched its Boorito Halloween tradition back in 2000 in the US and has also been celebrated in Chipotle locations in Canada starting in 2009. This 2024, for the first time ever, Chipotle is crossing continents and bringing their Boorito tradition to Europe. Which means, guests in the U.K. and France can visit a Chipotle location from 3 PM to close on October 31, to enjoy a £6 / €7 entrée offer valid in-restaurant. Interested customers can visit any of Chipotle’s 20 restaurants in the U.K. and its six locations in France, which all serves fresh, nourishing bowls, tacos, salads, and quesadillas all made with real ingredients.
  • A Fork, Burrito, Water Cup, Napkin, and To-Go Bag Walk Into Chipotle: Chipotle not only kicks off Halloween with deals, the brand has also released their first-ever costume collection in collaboration with Spirit Halloween, the largest Halloween retailer in North America. In this collaboration, Chipotle and Spirit Halloween have created five costumes inspired by popular memes found on both brands’ social media channels. Fans can expect Halloween costumes featuring Chipotle napkin, fork, water cup, burrito, and to-go bag, all exclusively offered at SpiritHalloween.com, and in select Spirit Halloween locations, while supplies last.

From The Club

Just a few weeks before Halloween dawns on us, and I still haven’t decided what treat I would first bite into. I mean, with all these new menu releases and limited-time deals, it’s hard to set my eyes on just one. Who wouldn’t want to give them all a taste, right? So, to make that happen, let’s hope Chipotle and other fast food brands can extend their deals longer. How about until November 3, at the latest? 🫣
