Cinnabon’s new OREO-topped treat is turning heads; don’t miss out on this one!
A new dessert royalty has arrived. Imagine Cinnabon’s warm, sticky, and cinnamon-laced rolls getting a cookie makeover. The result? Cookies-and-cream goodness in every bite! Cinnabon has partnered with OREO to reimagine the classic roll you already know and love. The best part? You’re not just getting the cookie crunch, there are also additional swirls of flavors that take the signature Cinnabon dough from iconic to legendary.
In case you missed it, Cinnabon now offers OREO Topped Bon, which combines the classic cinnamon roll with a topping of OREO cookie crumbs. More recently, though, there’s another treat that’s been released, and this is where it gets more exciting. On May 19, 2025, Cinnabon launched another innovation called OREO Caramel Coffee Topped Bon. I know, sounds like a dream, right? It looks unreal, too, but it’s now available at participating stores.
As per Cinnabon, the new OREO Caramel Coffee Topped Bon satisfies the cravings of OREO and java lovers. It’s made with OREO cookie pieces, coffee drizzle, and caramel, available in Classic, MiniBon, and Center of the Roll sizes. The new menu item joins other specialty bons available, including Caramel Bon (made with caramel frosting and caramel sauce) and Turtle Bon (topped with Ghirardelli chocolate sauce, caramel, and pecans).
What’s New at Cinnabon?
As it turns out, Cinnabon and OREO is the pairing we thought we didn’t need. And, if you, too, are impressed with this combination, then you’re going to want to try another treat from Cinnabon, the OREO Cookies & Cream Chillata! This drink features cookies and milk, blended into a sweet treat; it incorporates OREO cookies (in chunks and crushed) to offer a mix of crave-worthy textures and flavors. Pair this with OREO Topped Bon and get sent straight to cookie heaven! 😂
First-Ever Cinnabon Swirl Opens
Welcome to Cinnabon Swirl, where two iconic brands come together: Cinnabon and Carvel. Cinnabon Swirl is a new store concept by GoTo Foods (the parent company of both brands), which aims to serve an all-new menu of desserts made with the ooey-gooey goodness of Cinnabon and the creamy soft serve of Carvel. While there are Cinnabon-Carvel restaurants that live under the same roof, Cinnabon Swirl is the first to fully blend the two brands in one sweet-centric menu.
Cinnabon Swirl officially opened its first location in Peoria, Arizona last May 23, 2025. The signature menu includes the following craveable items:
- Bonini – Cinnabon Classic Roll gets warm-pressed and filled with Carvel vanilla soft serve.
- Ice Cream Sandwiches – Fresh-baked cookies with Carvel soft serve in between.
- Premium Pints – Creamy soft serve layered with fan-favorite toppings.
- Swirl Sundaes – A heavenly mix of chopped Cinnabon centers, Carvel soft serve, and caramel drizzle.
If you ever find yourself in the area, the new streetside shop is located at 24737 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway, Peoria, AZ. Upcoming Cinnabon Swirl openings are also slated for Oregon, California, and Georgia later this year.

It’s still graduation season, and Cinnabon is making it fun and easy to add sweetness to your celebration! The brand offers platters of fan-favorites like MiniBons and BonBites to bring Cinnabon magic to parties. Some of the Cinnabon Catering options you can find on the menu include:
- Classic MiniBon Tray – This tray packs all the ooey gooey goodness that you love from MiniBon. Each bon is baked to perfection with the world-famous Makara® Cinnamon and topped with cream cheese frosting. One tray can serve 20 people.
- CinnaSweeties – These bite-sized doughnuts are made with cinnamon and sugar and then served with a side of cream cheese frosting. Good for 15 people.
- BonBites Tray – These are the cinnamon rolls you love in a bite-sized serving, topped with cream cheese frosting. One tray of these BonBites serves 9 people.
- MochaLatta Chill – Perk up and cool down with the MochaLatta Chill! In this drink, coffee meets chocolate to create a sip-worthy treat. Served with ice and good for 12 people.
- Cinnamon Roll Cold Brew Iced Coffee – Love pairing your rolls with iced coffee? Well, you can now enjoy both flavors in one cup! Enjoy a combination of cold brew iced coffee and Classic Roll flavors, served with ice. Good for 12 people.

I have to agree that Cinnabon has outdone itself with its new OREO-topped offering; the addition of coffee and caramel sauces was a pleasant surprise, too! While the classic cinnamon rolls will always have a special place in my heart, I won’t ignore the OREO Caramel Coffee Topped Bon. It looks so tempting! I’ll need to grab one as a treat for myself this weekend. 🤤
