Crumbl Cookies is celebrating Father’s Day in advance with the official launch of two new treats: Toffee Cake and Blueberry Pancake Cookie. We previously talked about the sneak peek release of the Toffee Cake last week as sort of like a prelude to this pre-Father’s Day lineup. Now that it’s here, let’s get into the treats, old and new, and explore what makes each one a perfect addition to this special celebration.

The Toffee Cake
The Toffee Cake is a decadent creation featuring a chocolate cake base soaked in caramel sauce. Topped with piped whipped cream and chopped toffee pieces, this flavor is bound to become a new favorite that you’ll have to wait for again when it’s off the lineup. The Toffee Cake will be available in regular and family size, making it great for your Father’s Day gathering.
The Blueberry Pancake Cookie
For those who like having dessert for breakfast (or any time of day for that matter), the Blueberry Pancake cookie is a dream come true. This cookie combines the flavors of blueberry pancake, doubling down on the taste with a blueberry buttermilk glaze and a small scoop of buttercream. It’s a clever take on a classic breakfast favorite, bringing the comforting flavors of morning pancakes into a hand-held treat that’s perfect to have at any time of the day.

Revisiting Classic Favorites
In addition to these new treats, Crumbl fans can enjoy some of the cookie brand’s memorable flavors once more. These returning cookies include:
- Ultimate Peanut Butter: Stuffed with rich peanut butter, this PB-loaded cookie is topped with a peanut butter drizzle, providing an indulgent experience for peanut butter lovers.
- Mint Cookies & Cream: A twist on the traditional cookies-and-cream cookie, this version is covered with mint blue buttercream, adding a refreshing note to the classic flavor.
- Kitchen Sink: Combining semi-sweet chocolate chips, crushed potato chips, and pretzels, this cookie offers an addictive blend of sweet and savory flavors that will keep you coming back for more. (Sounds a little cliché but true)
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk: A classic that you can never go wrong with, this cookie features semi-sweet chocolate chunks sprinkled with flaky sea salt, a satisfying treat for all chocolate enthusiasts.
Social Media Buzz on the New Treats
Crumbl’s clever move to give customers a glimpse of the Toffee Cake ahead of this week’s official launch definitely paid off. Fans on social media are already buzzing about the decadent treat, with many expressing their excitement and eagerness to try it. Some relatable comments are even expressing the sentiment that they “need” it, tagging friends to make plans to visit Crumbl to finally get a taste of the much-awaited caramel-infused chocolate cake that’s described to be much like the brand’s previous Tres Leches cake in terms of make.
While the Toffee Cake seems to be the star of this week’s Crumbl menu, fans have also expressed undeniable thrill over the new Blueberry Pancake Cookie, as well as the return of Crumbl classics like the Mint Cookies and Cream and Ultimate Peanut Butter flavors. And just like always, this selection will be available for the entire week as a way to celebrate Father’s day in advance. From The Club
Man, that Toffee Cake has been a big tease since writing about it last week. Now I can finally get it and in family size too! Other cookies I’m happy to see back this week are Kitchen Sink and (my ‘never can go wrong with you’ favorite) the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk. I haven’t had the Mint Cookies and Cream but it would be an interesting one to try before it goes away again. I might skip the Ultimate Peanut Butter only because I’m not the biggest PB fan. Other than that, this week is off to a sweet start!
