Taco Cabana just unveiled its new Street Food Fest which started on July 3rd. This summer, they’re offering up a ton of unique items that will surely make the season one to remember. This new lineup includes Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Taco, Al Pastor Tortas and Street Tacos, Brisket Loaded Fries and Nachos, and Caramel Iced Coffee. With this much new stuff coming in, Taco Cabana surely wasn’t exaggerating when they called this a Street Food Fest. It really is a festival of flavor harmony. Let’s take a closer look at each of them.
Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Taco
Taco Cabana is teaming up with Cheetos for an iconic collaboration to create a taco that matches the summer heat. The Flamin’ Hot Taco features a fresh flour tortilla filled with ground beef, Cheetos Flamin’ Hot snacks, shredded lettuce, and a Flamin’ Hot infused sauce.
Al Pastor Tortas and Street Tacos
These might be the best out of all the new Street Food Fest menu items! Taco Cabana is featuring a new take on their signature tacos. The Al Pastor Street Tacos contains pork marinated in dried chilies and spices, served on corn tortillas with cilantro and onions. They come as plates or combos, with plates including rice, beans, shredded lettuce, guacamole, and tortillas, while combos come with chips and queso and a 20 oz drink. The Torta, on the other hand, is served on a toasted bolillo bun with pork al pastor, refried beans, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, and salsa ranch. The fusion of flavors will definitely have you wanting more.
Brisket Loaded Fries and Nachos
There was a lot of requests from customers about the Brisket Loaded Fries and Nachos. Well, it looks like Taco Cabanas heard us all and decided to drop this on their menu. The loaded fries come seasoned and topped with queso, a delicious smoked brisket, sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo. The nachos are served with refried beans, queso, sour cream, guacamole, and smoked brisket.
Caramel Iced Coffee
And finally, to help us cool down from the summer heat, Taco Cabanas is releasing a Caramel Iced Coffee. It’s perfect for a refreshing start to the day or an afternoon pick-me-up.

Taco Cabana is definitely a destination at this point thanks to their new line of cuisine in the Street Food Fest! I really want to try them all, but if I were to pick only one, I’ll go with the Al Pastor Street Tacos. The Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Tacos sound pretty good to but the Al Pastor Street Tacos is closer to the traditional street taco we know and love. So join the Street Food Fest and you’ll have a memorable Taco Cabana Summer.
