Deliciousness awaits at your favorite fast food places and restaurants. That’s because menu specials are here just in time for March’s lineup of events. Game day bites and Passover-inspired delights are taking over menus, and there are also new fast food releases that will cure your hunger. New drinks and sweet treats are pouring in, making March the most delectable month yet. What are you waiting for? Savor the flavors from these new menu releases!
Carl’s Jr.
There’s a triple threat coming at Carl’s Jr., but there’s nothing to fear! The fast food chain is introducing Triple Burgers, which are the best options if single or double burgers won’t satisfy your cravings. That’s right, these new burgers will let you enjoy your favorite Carl’s Jr. flavors in a larger size! You can enjoy the triple patty threat in these options:
- Famous Star – The classic burger loaded with American cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
- Western Bacon Cheeseburger – This option is also topped with melty American cheese, tangy BBQ sauce, and crispy onion rings.
- El Diablo – For that spicy kick, try this burger with jalapeno POPPERS® bites, bacon, jalapeno coins, and pepperjack cheese.
- Guacamole Bacon – This option is loaded with melty pepperjack cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
- Big Carl – This burger just got more satisfying, and is still packed with all the things you love: melty American cheese, classic sauce, and lettuce.
To celebrate the launch of these new burger options, Carl’s Jr. is offering a FREE Triple Burger to those who will sign up for the My Rewards program. So if you’re not a member yet, this is a great sign to join! Customers can get the free burger within 14 days of registration and with a minimum purchase.
And that’s not all because the fast food chain is also introducing a new tropical drink called the Tropicali Refresher! It’s a new take on their Hand-Crafted Lemonade, infused with natural caffeine. The new drink that can wash down a massive meal (aka the Triple Burger) is available now through May 13, 2025 at participating locations.
Additionally, Carl’s Jr. revamped their classic Hand-Crafted Lemonade flavors just in time for spring, and these include regular and strawberry flavors, mixed in-house with cane sugar and real fruit juice. Any of these new drinks combined with any of the Triple Burgers will create an irresistible blend of flavors, according to the brand.
MUG Root Beer
Now, let’s talk about the college basketball season! In case you missed it, 11 dog-mascot teams have made it to the college basketball’s biggest tournament. Clearly, dogs are winning and MUG Root Beer is here to celebrate by giving away FREE root beer. So how exactly can you score this freebie and the collectible cans? Here are the sweet details:
- Through this page, you can enter to win one of the five custom MUG Last Dog Standing 2025 collectible cans. These are available until supplies last, featuring some of the competing dogs this year: hounds, bulldogs, huskies, terriers, and sheepdogs.
- Until today, March 20th, lucky residents from the nine states with competing dog mascot teams (in the men’s or women’s tournaments) can get a FREE MUG Root Beer. The nine states include:

All these promotions are part of the brand’s Last Dog Standing campaign, which encourages fans to support their favorite dog mascot teams. MUG Root Beer is banking on dogs again this year, after UConn Huskies won championship in 2024. And yes, MUG also gave out free root beer across the country last year.
Nothing Bundt Cakes
Fans of Nothing Bundt Cakes, rejoice! Spring is about to be sweeter because the brand is bringing back a churro favorite and introducing a new churro flavor that you can add to your faves. Both are available now until April 6th at participating Nothing Bundt locations nationwide. Here’s what to expect from these new arrivals on the menu:
- Churro de Chocolate (NEW) – This takes the brand’s cinnamon spice Bundtlet to a whole new level, with silky chocolate sauce for filling.
- Churro Dulce de Leche – It’s back! This cinnamon spice Bundtlet is finished with cinnamon sugar and loaded with delectable dulce de leche for that caramel-y goodness.
Aside from the duo of churro flavors, Nothing Bundt Cake also has the OREO Cookies & Cream as its current featured flavor. Of course, if you’re looking for something classic or one of the mainstays, there are plenty to choose from, including Red Velvet, Confetti, Snickerdoodle, and Strawberries & Cream, just to name a few.
TooJay’s
Meanwhile, TooJay’s is all set for Passover. So for those who are celebrating at home or dining out, the brand will do the cooking for you, allowing for more quality time with loved ones. On April 12th (the evening that will usher in Passover) and April 13th, guests who want to dine at the restaurant must call in advance to make a reservation for the 5 PM or 7:30 PM seating. Meanwhile, those who would like to dine at home can take advantage of TooJay’s curbside pickup and takeout services. Even more important to note is that the deadline to ordering catering is April 9th.

These Passover Catering Packages include traditional favorites like matzo ball soup, baked salmon, herb-roasted chicken, beef brisket, along with carrot tzimmes and potato pancakes. To complete the feast, iced tea and macaroons are also included in the package.
- Small Portion good for up to 5 people – Choose from baked salmon, beef brisket, or herb-roasted half chicken for five, served with two quarts of matzo ball soup, carrot tzimmes, potato pancakes, a gallon of iced tea, and one pound of macaroons. Available for $199.95.
