A fan favorite is getting a makeover at Potbelly, and it’s about to get toasty!
From salad to sandwich, Potbelly’s Farmhouse Salad selection is expanding with a new limited-time menu item: the Farmhouse Chicken Sandwich. The new sandwich features the same salad ingredients, including all-natural grilled chicken breast, applewood smoked bacon, hard-boiled egg, cucumber, tomatoes, and buttermilk ranch dressing. To make the sandwich even more special, Swiss cheese and Hot Pepper Ranch are added as extras.
The fun does not end there! If you’re a Perks member, you have the option to choose for a free Original Farmhouse Chicken Sandwich or a whole Farmhouse Salad if you purchase an Original or Big Farmhouse Chicken Sandwich in the Potbelly app or in-store.
Eric Chenel, the Director of Consumer Insights at Potbelly, said that summer is the perfect time to unveil new sandwich creations for their fans. Aside from the usual ingredients, they made sure to add more so that the Farmhouse Chicken Sandwich would have its own identity.

Potbelly’s Toasty Summer Campaign
Last June 7, Potbelly introduced the Toasty Summer Campaign, in which they release seasonal product offerings and weekly promotions such as BOGO (Buy one, get one) deals for guests.

Every purchase of a Sugar Cookie will get you another cookie for free. You may choose Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie, Brownie Cookie, and Blueberry Muffin Cookie as your free BOGO deal.
