We’re in the first week of March, which means we’re welcoming the spring season with new menu items from Dunkin’ and Starbucks. Whether you’re missing an old favorite, such as the Pistachio Coffee, or you want to try a new flavor like Cherry Chai, you’re in for a treat this spring. Dunkin’
America’s largest donut and coffee brand, Dunkin’, is bringing us the surprise we’ve been waiting for. Finally, they’re bringing back the Dunkalatte and Pistachio Coffee once again on their menu. Also, new Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders treats will complete your spring experience. But don’t worry; your Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso and Raspberry Watermelon Dunkin’ Refresher will remain. Don’t forget the $6 Meal Deal, which is still available at Dunkin’ locations today.

Beverages
First up on the spring list is the Dunkalatte, which was first introduced back in the fall of 2024. It became an instant sellout nationwide because of its ultra-smooth coffee milk, which features whole milk blended with Dunkin’s own coffee extract. You can get them either iced or hot and expect a latte-like sip that tastes just like your favorite melty milkshake.
Also, Dunkin’ will be bringing back a beverage that hasn’t been seen on the menu since 2018. Say hello once again to the fan-favorite Pistachio Coffee. It features a nutty, subtly sweet Pistachio Flavor Swirl that’s combined with Dunkin’s Original Blend Coffee (hot or iced). Did you know that there was a petition to bring this back on the menu? Yup, Dunkin’ just fulfilled many of their fans’ wishes!

Pair your Dunkalatte or Pistachio Coffee with any of these pastries:
- Ham & Swiss Pretzel Sliders (New) – It features Black Forest ham with honey mustard and Swiss cheese. The best part? All fillings are layered inside the sweet and salty King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns. Note that each box contains two sliders.
- Sweet Black Pepper Bacon – Bacon pieces with brown sugar and black pepper seasoning. You can get them in a breakfast sandwich, Wake-Up Wrap, or Snackin’ Bacon.
- Chicken & Bacon Croissant Stuffers – A warm and flaky croissant stuffed with chicken, bacon, and Colby Jack cheese. It has a seasoning topper for extra flavor.
You can also catch a sip of the Brown Sugar Shakin’ Espresso and Raspberry Watermelon Dunkin’ Refresher. If you’re looking for value, the $6 Meal Deal is still available. It consists of a medium Hot (14 oz.) and Iced Coffee (24 oz.), a Sausage, Egg, & Cheese breakfast sandwich, and Hash Browns.

Starbucks
Spring is all about lavender and cherries this spring season 2025 at Starbucks! Last March 4, 2025, the brand dropped their new spring menu. Expect new drinks, pastries, and tumbler designs waiting for you. Also, the new Iced Cherry Chai and Jalapeño Chicken Pocket will join the spring menu, alongside the return of the lavender beverages. Let’s catch a glimpse of everything fresh at Starbucks!
New Iced Cherry Chai
Let’s welcome the new Iced Cherry Chai as it’s about to put your favorite Iced Chai Latte for a springtime twist. It contains a black tea infused with cinnamon, clove, and other warm spices combined with milk and ice. For a finishing touch, a cherry cream cold foam is added with a sprinkle of cherry crunch topping for a sweet and spicy balance.
Lavender Beverages
The lavender that’s loved by baristas and customers is finally back on the menu. Catch the following drinks:
- Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha – It features Starbucks’ smooth and creamy matcha and oatmilk that is served over ice. It is topped with sweet and subtle lavender cream cold foam.
- Iced Lavender Latte – It features a smooth and subtly sweet Blonde Espresso base with oatmilk and ice. For the lavender effect, there’s a sweet and subtly floral note of lavender taste. You can choose to get this drink as hot.
- Lavender Crème Frappuccino Blended Beverage – It blends lavender’s sweet and subtle taste with vanilla syrup, milk, and ice. It’s topped with a swirl of whipped cream for a finishing touch.
You can also choose to add the spring flavors of Cherry Cream Cold Foam or Lavender Cream Cold Foam by customizing any of your Starbucks orders. The spring beverages and cold foams are available in the U.S. for a limited time this spring until supplies last.
New Jalapeño Chicken Pocket
The Jalapeño Chicken Pocket will be joining Starbucks’ permanent menu. This pastry is stuffed with diced chicken, charred poblanos, green jalapeños, three-chile-pepper-cheese, and jalapeño cream cheese. They’re all wrapped in a toasted chile lavash flatbread.
This spring, customers can also get one free packet of TRUFF Original or Jalapeño Lime Hot Sauce along with any breakfast sandwich, breakfast wrap, egg bites, bakes, lunch sandwiches, or Pockets. This special hot sauce is infused with black truffle to blend heat and flavor. You can request a packet when ordering in-cafe or drive-thru by customizing the item via the Starbucks app or through delivery partners. They’re available in participating stores for a limited time while supplies last.
Sunserra Blend and Spring Drinkwares
The Sunserra Blend is Starbucks’ new blonde roast that will be launching at Starbucks Cafes and grocery stores in the U.S. It’s a blend that is made naturally sweet with hints of citrus and toasted almond that can be enjoyed hot or cold.
You can also catch the brand’s new spring drinkware collections that you can get on the shelves of Starbucks Cafes. They consist of cold cups, water bottles, tumblers, and more in vibrant spring colors and designs.

Last March 4, 2025, Starbucks launched the following new botanical beverages at Reserve locations:

From The Club
Whew! There are quite a lot of spring menu items for just two brands, but there are menu items that caught my attention. First, Dunkin’s new Pistachio Coffee and Chicken & Bacon Croissant Stuffers sound like a great breakfast meal. As for Starbucks, I’m curious about the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha as I’ve never had any drinks with floral notes in them. But what I’m excited about is the Jalapeño Chicken Pocket! It looks like my week will be full of tasty treats and creamy drinks to try.
