Beginning June 18, Einstein Bros. Bagels is giving their breakfast beverage menu a shakeup with the introduction of Morning Mocktails. That’s right, there’s a new lineup of drinks that packs all the fun, but without a drop of alcohol. This new lineup features freshly made juice-based drinks that can be paired with the brand’s bagel & shmears and a variety of egg sandwiches.
So, what can you find from the Morning Mocktails lineup? Fruit-forward flavors, for sure! Orange juice fans, you may have to consider trying other drinks, though, because these mocktails will be showcasing other refreshing blends that can be enjoyed in the morning:
- Bros. Bay Breeze – This combines cranberry, lemonade, and passion fruit for an invigorating sip.
- Dragon Fruit Lemon Drop – Enjoy refreshing flavors from lemonade and dragon fruit.
- Energy Spritz – For an energizing drink, grab this option made with dragon fruit and Monster Energy.
- Passion Fruit Sunrise – This mocktail combines orange juice with passion fruit and lemonade.
To celebrate the launch of Morning Mocktails, Einstein Bros. will be offering an All-Day Happy Hour Special that lets you enjoy a Bagel & Shmear with your choice of Morning Mocktail—all for just $5.99! Guests can also choose any signature or classic fresh-baked bagel with any cream cheese shmear flavor to pair with the mocktail. If you want a caffeine-boosted Happy Hour Special, opt for the Energy Spritz for $1 more. According to Einstein Bros. Bagels, the Happy Hour Special pairings are endless, so you should always find something new to enjoy when you drop by.
What’s New at Einstein Bros. Bagels?
In addition to the AM mocktails, there are other reasons to visit Einstein Bros. Bagels. One of them is the new Country Bagels & Gravy Egg Sandwich. This is the brand’s take on the classic biscuits & gravy, but it’s easier to devour—no fork and knife needed. The new sandwich features classic country pork breakfast sausage, bacon, cage-free eggs, cheddar cheese, and a shmear of Country Pepper Cream Cheese. All these are piled on a Country Sausage Gourmet Bagel. Our advice? Don’t wait to try this treat because it’s going to be around for a limited time only.
Let’s talk more about that Country Sausage Gourmet Bagel, because why not when it deserves the spotlight? This new gourmet bagel is first topped with Country Pepper Cream Cheese, pork sausage, and three cheeses, and then it enters the oven so all the toppings are nicely baked in. That’s how you create the classic Southern breakfast flavor!
Another new menu item you can’t miss from Einstein Bros. Bagels, especially if you have a sweet tooth, is the Fruity Pop Cereal. This breakfast dessert is made with fruity cereal rice crisps, combined with marshmallows, and then served on a stick. This is a sweet, colorful, and crunchy treat that would be hard to resist.

In May 2025, Sam’s Club asked shoppers to choose between two options for its upcoming sundae: strawberry and peach. The winner? You guessed it—peach!
