This season, VIVA Chicken is introducing their own version. It features the Peruvian BBQ Chicken that is wrapped in a sundried tomato tortilla. Like a regular burrito, there are also added fillings such as canary beans and avocado. Guests can also choose their choice of rice, which is mixed with salsa criolla and lime and marinated with garlic and onion.
Peruvian BBQ Fall Harvest Salad
