Smoothie King’s Promise: Clean Blends
From the bottom of the cup up, Smoothie King is on a mission to blend the most nutritious smoothie possible. In many of their Slim, Fitness, and Wellness blends, they worked hard to remove added sugar. Still, customers can customize their smoothie with the strawberries of their choice, with the following options: Whole Strawberries and Whole Strawberries with added sugar.
To further ensure products are as nutritious as they are delicious, the brand also has an extensive list of ingredients that are barred from being blended into their smoothies. Called the “No No List,” it includes monosodium glutamate (MSG), high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, and fat substitutes, to name a few.

Smoothie King has always been on top of the innovation game. The brand recently released an exciting lineup of smoothies to welcome the pumpkin season, plus its first-ever drinks served on ice!
Here’s a closer look at what Smoothie King is blending for us:

Pumpkin Smoothie Lineup
Just in time for the fall season, Smoothie King is bringing back its pumpkin-flavored smoothies made with 100% organic pumpkin puree. Honestly, this lineup is also worth trying if you’re a fitness enthusiast. The Pumpkin Power Meal is protein-rich and a great replacement for a full meal. Meanwhile, the Pumpkin Vegan is for lovers of all things plant-based or those transitioning to a vegan diet.
There are six pumpkin-flavored smoothies from this lineup and you can now avail them in all participating Smoothie King locations. These are available for a limited time only, so be sure to try them out as soon as you can!
SK Refreshers
SK Refreshers are ice-cold blends of real fruits and juice, available in two flavors: Strawberry Guava and Pineapple Mango. These are Smoothie King’s first-ever drink options served on ice, which are now part of their permanent menu editions.
SK Refreshers are infused with antioxidants like Vitamins A and E. You can also get your caffeine fix from these drinks as they are naturally caffeinated with green coffee beans. These refreshers really do pack a punch!

From The Club
I must say balancing food and physical activities just got easier with the release of new Coconut Bowls from Smoothie King. They’re definitely a must-try if you’re tired of bland fitness food. I also love the idea of making coconut the star of these new healthy bowls. I’ve heard wonderful things about coconut water as a post-workout recovery drink; I bet the Coconut Bowls enriched with fruits and premium granola would be more powerful!
