Need help tackling dinner or preparing for a game-day watch party? Cowboy Chicken puts your worries to sleep as it unveils new fall menu and improved service!
Cowboy Chicken understands that gathering everyone to celebrate the fall season and hosting a successful watch-party can be overwhelming. This is especially true if you want to do both at the same time! But with Cowboy Chicken’s new fall menu and curbside service, nothing’s impossible; you can take on the world.
This September, Cowboy Chicken announced a new addition to its menu: mashed potatoes with savory gravy. The new item will join other delicious Wild West sides, such as jalapeño-flavored Ranchero beans, white cheddar mac and cheese, Mexican street corn, and baked sweet potatoes. These pair well with Cowboy Chicken’s marinated chicken that’s slow-cooked over a wood-fire flame. To ensure a wholesome meal, the brand only uses all-natural and hormone-free chicken for its meals.
Committed to quality service no matter the season, Cowboy Chicken also offers a diverse range of catering options that will satisfy the crowd during game day. The brand recommends getting the following for a feast that will have everyone cheering:
- Tenders that are fresh and never froze. These come with three sauces.
- Crispy, tasty wings. Pair them with trays of Wild West sides.
- Sandwich platter that can go with rotisserie chicken for a full meal.
- A shareable tray of banana puddin’ or peach cobbler so everyone get’s a dessert.
For family meals, Cowboy Chicken offers enchiladas, salads, bowls, tenders, sandwiches, wings, and of course, pieces of rotisserie chicken. For those in a hurry, the restaurant has a curbside program in place. This allows customers to order online or through the app, and have the meals brought directly to their cars.

From The Club
I don’t know why Cowboy Chicken took so long to add mashed potatoes to their Wild West sides. For me, it’s the perfect match to their moist and tasty rotisserie chicken. It’s been a while since I visited this restaurant, I forgot they have such a diverse menu. I’m planning to drop by one of these days; I’d love to try the tenders and sweet baked potatoes again!
