Crumbl is also known to test out their new desserts in select locations before releasing them nationwide, and now, they are quietly testing some treats.
This week, Crumbl is testing out two new desserts: Frosted Cornbread and Banana Pudding. Stay on the hunt for these treats by checking out Crumbl’s official app under “Test Cookies” to see if any of these pastries are baking at a Crumbl store near you.
The new Frosted Cornbread is a cake take on Crumbl’s Cornbread Cookie with Honey Buttercream cookies, which was released as a cookie lineup weeks ago. This new cake features a fluffy cornbread base with whipped butter frosting on top and a drizzle of honey.
Crumbl is also joining the Banana Pudding craze, as it’s also currently being tested at select locations. The Banana Pudding features layers of banana pudding and vanilla wafers, topped with even more crumbled vanilla wafers. If you remember, this pudding treat was also a test item early last month, and Crumbl is bringing it back once again. Is this a positive sign of nationwide release? We hope so!

Crumbl is releasing test items over test items on top of a weekly cookie lineup! It sure is busy at Crumbl’s headquarters as they’re baking up ideas for their surprise flavor drops. As for the new test items, I’m excited to try their Banana Pudding because, admittedly, I only like the Banana Pudding from New York’s Magnolia Bakery. I wanted to try a few dessert brands as well, and Crumbl is just the perfect place to start! Let’s cross our fingers for the nationwide release of Crumbl’s test products.
