Subway continues to prove why they’re the biggest sandwich chain in the world with this amazing new deal!

When you think about Subway, what comes to your mind? Of course, we’ll think of their famous subway sandwiches and their commitment to “Eat Fresh” by only using the freshest ingredients available. But one underrated aspect of Subway, is their deals. They always have great deals available, but they get rarely mentioned when we talk about fast food chains with the best deals and offers. Thanks to this new promotion though, Subway is set to buck that trend and earn a reputation for being one of the most budget-friendly sandwich chains around.

In the next two weeks, Subway is running a special promotion on their signature footlong subs. They have a new deal coming out that will allow us to purchase any of their footlong sandwiches for the low price of $6.99. For reference, a typical footlong sub usually costs north of $10, with some of them even costing around $14. You can really see how much money you’re saving thanks to this new deal.

Of course, no sandwich is safe so you can pretty much get whatever footlong sub you want from Subway’s menu for this very low price. You can choose from some of their popular sandwiches like the Meatball Marinara or even some of their newer creations like the Garlic Roast Beef or the Teriyaki Blitz. Plus, you can still customize your sandwich however way you want it.

Sounds great, right? Availing this deal is pretty easy too. To get the $6.99 footlong deal, you just have to enter the promo code 699FL when ordering through the Subway app or website. This deal is available right now and would last until September 8, 2024.

Having super affordable deals has always been part of Subway’s M.O. Recently, they had lower-priced options like the $2 Sidekicks and the $3 Footlong Dippers with a choice of dipping sauces available. While nothing really beats their previous $5 footlong special, this new deal is a step in the right direction.

With the price of food constantly increasing these days, Subway really came through for us with such a valuable deal. Too bad it’s only available for two weeks. So, make sure you order at Subway with the promo code before this deal is over.

Which Sandwich to Try at Subway

With the new $6.99 footlong deal coming out, now’s the perfect time to try out Subway’s sandwiches. If you’re a regular, then you’ve probably tried everything they have to offer. But if you’re new or you usually just stick to your usual order, it can be a little daunting to pick which sandwich to try. So if you’re unsure of which sandwich to get with the $6.99 footlong deal, you can’t go wrong with these two.

Meatball Marinara

There’s a reason why this sandwich is one of the most popular sandwiches in Subway’s menu. The Meatball Marinara sub is a classic subway sandwich that features a rich and savory combination of flavors. Its primary ingredient are the signature meatballs which are made from a blend of beef and pork. It also comes in a tomato-based marinara sauce and mozzarella or provolone cheese. It’s a delicious sub that will remind you of a cross between a pizza and a hamburger.

Cold Cut Combo

Just like the Marinara Meatball sandwich, this one is popular because of how really simple it is. The Cold Cut Combo is another one of Subway’s classic sandwiches and features a trio of deli turkey-based meat: ham, salami, and bologna. Together, they combine to make a well-rounded, slightly on the saltier side, flavor profile. It’s a fairly straightforward sandwich that doesn’t need any fancy gimmicks to make itself standout.

This just might be the best deal we’re getting from Subway this year. I gotta admit, losing the $5 footlong special really hurt. But I understand that the price of food is constantly rising so they had to make adjustments. Although, seeing the new $6.99 footlong deal gives me hope that maybe, just maybe, we could get something similar or even a lower price for their footlong subs in the future.
