Krispy Kreme Unveils Ghostbusters-Themed Halloween Menu
Make way for a new sweet and spooky collection coming to the neighborhood this Halloween, the new Krispy Kreme x Ghostbusters Collection. This lineup features four doughnuts that combine haunting flavors and fun during the holiday.
The Krispy Kreme x Ghostbusters Collection will be dropping during the celebration of the iconic Columbia Pictures 1984 film’s 40th anniversary. Starting October 7, 2024, guests can grab their fair share of the hauntingly delicious lineup of doughnuts in a limited-edition custom Ghostbusters specialty box from Krispy Kreme. These Ghostbusters doughnuts are available for a limited time at participating Krispy Kreme shops nationwide.
Here’s what customers can expect in the Krispy Kreme x Ghostbusters Collection:
- Ghostbusters Cookies N’ Creme Doughnut made with Oreo: Enjoy Krispy Kreme’s Original Glazed doughnut dipped in chocolate icing and then topped with Oreo pieces. To finish it off, a generous scoop of buttercreme with Oreo is added, along with a “No Ghost” logo candy on top.
- Slimer Doughnut: If you’re not into the fan favorite OG, you’ll enjoy this unglazed doughnut with lemon flavored green filling, then dipped in purple and green icing with a slimer candy to complete the iconic slimy look.
- Ecto-Sprinkler Doughnut: This one’s another OG glazed doughnut but it’s dipped in orange colored icing and topped with neon sprinkles.
- Stay Puft Marshmallow Man Doughnut Pull-Apart: Krispy Kreme takes a fun and fluffy-looking look with their Stay Puft Marshmallow Man Doughnut. Get your fix of Original Glazed Doughnut Dots with powdered topping, with a marshmallow-flavored buttercreme added, and a Stay Puft Marshmallow Man on top.
But that’s not all! Krispy Kreme fans and Ghostbusters enthusiasts can also enjoy a chilling new drink, the Slimer’s Slime-ade featuring the signature ectoplasm green color.
