Today, we’re bringing you fast food surprises from Applebee’s and Denny’s. But if you’re looking for new flavors, we’ve got news from Del Taco and CAVA. Also, your favorite chicken chain, Zaxbys, is bringing in a new campaign, plus a meal box fit for it.

Applebee’s
Craving for wings? Catch Applebee’s as they celebrate this year’s NFL Draft by offering 20 free boneless wings with every purchase of $40 or more via the brand’s official app or website starting April 24 to April 26, 2025.
If you want to take advantage of this deal, just place a pickup or delivery order worth $40 on Applebees.com or the Applebee’s mobile app. Add a 20-piece order of Boneless Wings and enter the promo code ‘DRAFT25’ at checkout to avail of the promo.
In case you don’t know, Applebee’s Boneless Wings is crowned as America’s favorite during a nationwide double-blind taste test! Each piece is tossed in a variety of sauces such as Classic Buffalo, Honey BBQ, Sweet Asian Chile, Garlic Parmesan, Extra Hot Buffalo, or Hot Honey Glaze. Each serving comes with your choice of Bleu Cheese or housemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing. They’re available to get at participating Applebee’s locations for a limited time.
CAVA
CAVA is spicing things up with the release of their new limited-time Hot Harissa Pita Chips. You can now enjoy them as part of your CAVA meal today and throughout the summer! You can find them in-store, online, or when you order via the CAVA app.
Now, what are the Hot Harissa Chips? Well, they’re these spicy snackables, which are the leveled-up version of CAVA’s pita chips with the iconic punch-packing flavor of the brand’s harissa. If you want to double down on spice and flavor, you can pair the chips with CAVA’s Harissa Avocado Bowl or the Steak + Harissa Bowl. You can also enjoy them with all the available dips and spreads of their own or as an alternative utensil for any CAVA bowl of your choice.
Also, CAVA is dancing to the new season with the release of their first-ever music video of the early 2000s anthem, “Can’t Get You Out of My Head.” It was videoed, choreographed, directed, and produced by LA-based movement artist, choreographer, and filmmaker Erin Murray! Don’t miss out on CAVA’s new season anthem while enjoying some Hot Harissa Chips on the side. Del Taco
This spring, Del Taco will launch their newest El Big Boxes, which are three value-packed meals starting at just $5. Specifically, the El Big Boxes are on-the-go boxes with classics such as tacos, burritos, burgers, and fries. It also comes with a drink. You can choose from three options, which are $5, $7, and $9.
But that’s not the only surprise that Del Taco will bring us. They’re also bringing back the Mango Pineapple Poppers, which you can get as a lemonade, Sprite refresher, or a creamy shake with popping boba.
Denny’s
Calling all Denny’s fans, your favorite all-day breakfast spot is offering a BOGO deal in which you can purchase their All American Slam or Original Grand Slam for a regular menu price and get the other one for just $1. It will be available for dine-in only at participating Denny’s locations through May 9, 2025.
Check out the flavor lineup:
- All American Slam – Features a plate of three scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese paired with some Applewood-smoked bacon strips. There are also two pieces of all-pork sausage links and hashbrowns with your choice of bread.
- Original Grand Slam – A plate with two pieces of buttermilk pancakes paired with eggs. There’s also your Applewood-smoked bacon strips and two pieces of all-pork sausage links.
Now, how can you save with this deal? The Original Grand Slam is priced at $21.99 while the All American Slam is $14.79 (note that prices may vary per location). This BOGO deal will help you save around $10 or more per order.
Zaxbys
Georgia-based chicken chain Zaxbys is bringing in their “Who’s Got Sauce?” campaign to prove they are the Saucy Chicken Chain. To help launch their campaign, Zaxby’s is introducing their new spokesperson! It’s none other than Sauce Boss, who is played by an actor, author, entrepreneur, and producer, Ommar Epps.
Now, the Sauce Boss is a one-part style guru and one part life coach who has authority when it comes to sauce. To celebrate the launch and Sauce Boss’ appearance, here are some ways to enjoy sauce:
- Sauce Boss Box – This pack includes Chicken Fingerz, Seasoned Crinkle Fries, Cheddar Bites, and two pieces of Texas Toast. For dessert, the pack will include two pieces of Chocolate Chip Cookies plus a small drink to wash it all down. Each pack will include three sauces of your choice with an average price of $13.99. It will be available by April 28, 2025.
- Sauce Sampler Reward – With only 12 signature sauces, you can create up to 480 million sauce combinations. With that, Zaxby’s and the Sauce Boss are confident that there’s a sauce for everyone that Zax Rewardz members can try. There are 12 sauces for each member to dip in for free for one week only (April 28 – May 4, 2025) while supplies last. This will include the fan favorite sauces like Zax Sauce, Tongue Torch, and Sweet & Spicy.
For the creative campaign, Zaxby’s partnered up with a creative agency, Goodby Silverstein and Partners, to develop “Who’s Got Sauce?” that will be rooted in the chain’s identity as the place to get quality Fingerz and a variety of sauces.

Whew! That’s a whole lot of deals and new releases for the next few days! I bet we’ll never run out of lunch or dinner ideas. I guess I’m pretty excited about Applebee’s offer as a Buffalo chicken wing lover. I could just imagine getting 20 pieces of free Boneless Wings! 😋Also, I’m intrigued with Zaxbys’ Sauce Boss Box since I wanted to test Sauce Boss’ confidence over the brand’s sauce offerings.
