IHOP’s menu continues to evolve, and you have nine new items to try!
As a well-loved pancake brand, IHOP has always been the go-to place for breakfast and brunch. In reality though, IHOP is much bigger than that. Now with new and improved menu, the brand aims to satisfy breakfast cravings anytime of the day. Sweet meets savory in the new creative combinations from IHOP that you will surely love.
IHOP’s menu just got a major upgrade after the announcement of new savory and sweet additions. Fans looking for breakfast flavors no matter the time of the day can enjoy these new menu items:
Anytime Tacos
Under this menu category, you can enjoy three new taco options. The first one is Bacon, Egg & Cheese Anytime Taco. It features layers of scrambled eggs, 4-cheese blend, hickory-smoked bacon, and white cheese sauce inside two tacos. Guests can have this meal with salsa on the side. There’s also the Chicken Fajita Anytime Taco with the same cheese blend, scrambled eggs, and salsa. Its distinct taste comes from the grilled chicken breast seasoned to perfection. It also has red bell peppers, onions, and fire-roasted poblano for a well-rounded flavor.
For those who want a spicy kick for breakfast, try the Spicy Shredded Beef Anytime Taco. It has the same ingredients as the Chicken Fajita option, but swap the grilled chicken with shredded beef. Also included under this menu category is the Big Breakfast Burrito, perfect for a filling, savory meal. You get three each of pork sausage links and hickory-smoked bacon slices. Inside the tortilla, there are also scrambled eggs, hash browns, and jack and cheddar cheese, enriched with hollandaise sauce.
All-Day Flavors
Three more items will make the IHOP dining experience even more delightful. For fans of burger-avocado combo, there’s the Bacon Avocado Ranch Steakburger. It has a flavor profile comparable to that of Fantastical Wonka Burger, which had a successful launch back in 2023. The new Steakburger features bacon, avocado, and buttermilk ranch, special IHOP sauce, and 4-cheese blend. The mix of pickles, onion, lettuce, and tomato also bring freshness to this new menu item.
Meanwhile, the Chicken Florentine Crepes will take you on a savory and tangy flavor adventure. The two crepes are filled with tomatoes, spinach, grilled chicken, and cheddar and jack cheeses. The crepes are then rolled and finished with hollandaise sauce. Lastly, the Bacon Avocado Eggs Benedict combines the refreshing flavors from avocado and hollandaise sauce. These two ingredients, along with bacon, and poached eggs are served on a warm English muffin.
As part of IHOP’s menu refresh, the restaurant will also offer drinks in seasonal flavors, including House-Made Milkshake, Lemonade, and two new items: Caramel Apple Butter Hot Chocolate and Blue Raspberry Lemonade.

- Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake Pancake: This is IHOP’s Pancake of the Month for September. It features four pumpkin spice pancakes with cheesecake mousse and sweet maple glaze, and then finished with whipped topping. Want a bigger breakfast meal with this pancake flavor? It’s also available as a combo meal with two eggs cooked your way, hash browns, and two pork sausage links or bacon strips.
- Pumpkin Spice Pancakes: A wonderful treat on a cool fall morning, these pancakes have real pumpkin plus the seasonal spices and whipped cream topping. You can also get this as a combo meal, with similar additional good stuff found in the Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake Pancake combo.
