IHOP has committed itself to releasing monthly pancake flavors this year and they haven’t gone short in every new flavors they’ve released so far.
Halfway through 2024 and just in time for Independence Day fun, IHOP has announced its latest Pancake of the Month – Fresh Red, White & Blueberry pancake. This new seasonal stack will be available starting July 1 through July 31. It includes 4 buttermilk pancakes topped with fresh strawberries, fresh blueberries, and whipped cream as topping. You can also get it as a combo with 2 pancakes, 2 bacon strips or 2 pork sausage links, 2 eggs your way, and hash browns.
Just a trip down memory lane, starting February 1, 2024 and on the first of every month, a new flavor combination will be available as a full stack, side, or part of a pancake combo for that calendar month. There is an incentive to try every Pancake of the Month flavor with IHOP’s annual loyalty challenge within the International Bank of Pancakes:
- Order the Pancake of the Month two or more times to earn 10 PanCoins for that month.
- Order the Pancake of the Month at least monthly each year and receive 100 bonus PanCoins. This can amount to 33 Short Stacks, 20 Full Stacks, or 12 free kids’ meals, one for each month in 2025.
Available until July 31, the Red, White, and Blueberry Pancake is available at all IHOP restaurants nationwide.

You can never go wrong with pancakes for breakfast, and IHOP realizes the power it holds. That’s why I think they’ve stayed committed to releasing new flavors for Pancake of the Month. As a pancake lover myself, I find it hard to resist whenever IHOP introduces a new pancake flavor, especially since their recent lineup is nothing but a crave-worthy set of pancake stacks.
I’m more inclined to choose a classic pancake flavor over brand-exclusive collabs, so the past If-themed and Sonic-inspired menu was not my thing, but I loved the Orange Cream Pancakes they released last month. With high hopes to taste the sweet and fruity toppings, I guess you’ll see me in a local IHOP restaurant this weekend, just casually getting my fill of July’s Red, White and Blueberry stack of pancakes!
