Inspired by the appeal of classic American diners and the popular road trip snack, this must-visit spot offers a unique experience just two hours outside of New York City.
The Cheez-In Diner includes:
- Cheez-It-Infused Diner Classics: Enjoy dishes like the extra Cheezburger and the Deluxe Cheez-It Milkshake, all creatively featuring their iconic crackers.
- The World’s First Cheez-It Jukebox: This unique jukebox plays tunes when fed Cheez-It crackers not coins.
- Cheez-It Taste-It Station: Similar to fountain soda machines, this station lets fans create their own blend of rare Cheez-It flavors like Pepper Jack and Buffalo Wing.
- Exclusive Retro Merchandise: Find interesting retro merch, find Cheez-It Easter eggs, and enjoy unique cheesy photo opportunities.
Located in the scenic Catskill Mountains, the pop up diner is open starting today for a week only, with extended hours on weekends in Woodstock, NY.

A creamy vanilla shake blended with Cheez-It crackers, a caramel and crushed Cheez-It cracker rim and topped with whipped cream, sprinkles and chocolate sauce, garnished with a chocolate-dipped Cheez-It cracker.
- The Extra Cheezburger: Want-It. Need-It. Smash-It. Chomp into our pimento Cheez-It smashburger topped with lettuce, pickles and an Extra Big Cheez-It cracker.
- The Big Grilled Cheez: It’s hip to be square if you’re a cracker-coated Texas toast filled with cheezy pimento goodness and surrounded by a crunchy Cheez-It cracker crust.
