The year 2025 already looks promising, thanks to the new flavors lined up for us to try. January is about to bring some sweetness, as you’ll later in IHOP’s latest offering. But if you’re one to splurge on high-end experiences, you’ll find that January 2025 would be a great time to do so. That’s because Another Broken Egg Cafe already has a lineup of new entrees and beverages for an unforgettable dining experience. Ready to start the new year on a high note? Let’s dive into these latest deals.
Another Broken Egg Cafe

Another Broken Egg Cafe is offering new seasonal delights to elevate your breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience. The brand announced its four new entrees and two beverages, which will be available nationwide beginning January 7, 2025. The new seasonal menu has been crafted in a way that every craving would be satisfied, according to the CEO of Another Broken Egg Cafe, Paul Macaluso. The release of new menu items also shows how the brand is embracing new beginnings and new ways to serve joy and warmth to the table.
Available until April 21, 2025 or while supplies last, Another Broken Egg Cafe’s new limited-time offerings include the following:
- Lemon Mascarpone Pancakes – Start your day with some pancakes, but not just ordinary ones. This item is layered with lemon mascarpone, and an assortment of toppings including blackberries, raspberries, whipped cream, and powdered sugar. Contrasting these fluffy pancakes are savory flavors, as they are served with baked bacon or house-made sausage patties and two eggs of any style.
- Deep South Biscuit Sandwich – This one’s a returning item, featuring an oversized biscuit packed with pimento cheese, fried chicken tenders, bacon jam, and over-medium egg. You can savor this sandwich with country potatoes and a pickle on the side.
- Blackberry Stuffed French Toast – One of the most innovative French toasts out there, this menu item uses blackberry cream cheese on the toast, and then topped with mango whipped cream and r*m butter sauce. Similar to the pancakes, the toast is served with a choice of sausage patties or baked bacon and two eggs of any style.
- Louisiana Quiche – Looking for something savory, rich, and custardy? You can find all of that from this personal-sized quiche loaded with andouille sausage, shrimp, and crawfish étouffée. The quiche is garnished with green onions on top and then served with grits or country potatoes.

Another Broken Egg Cafe is also known for having a full bar, complete with cocktails, mocktails, mimosas, and more. But next year, the cafe is going to have two new drinks that guests will keep talking about:
- Golden Thyme Mocktail – Think it’s too early for alcohol? Try this health-forward and refreshing mocktail made with orange juice, sparkling water, and turmeric sours. For added flavor, it’s also garnished with an orange slice and fresh thyme. This mocktail is citrusy in flavor and could give you a quick energy boost.
- Spiked Cinnamon Roll Cold Brew – Never in my wildest dream did I imagine that there’s going to be a cinnamon roll-infused cold brew. But apparently, it’s real, and Another Broken Egg Cafe is adding Tito’s Handmade V*dka to it! It features a caramel rim, cream topping, and a dusting of cinnamon sugar. Guests can also order an alcohol-free version of this drink.
In addition to all these new menu offerings, Another Broken Egg Cafe reminds guests that they have other Southern-inspired offerings for an indulgent and balanced meal with family and friends. Delight your taste buds in an expansive collection of gourmet food, which include vegetarian and gluten-friendly options.
IHOP

Since we’ve already started talking about breakfast food, let’s not forget about IHOP and their world-famous pancakes. For 2025, the family-friendly restaurant will continue its tradition of releasing the “Pancake of the Month.” And for January next year, fans can look forward to Snickerdoodle pancakes! According to IHOP, the January Pancake of the Month will be available starting January 1 to 31. As always, you can also get this as a combo meal. This option will include 2 Snickerdoodle pancakes, 2 pork sausage links or bacon strips, hash browns, and 2 eggs your way. From The Club
With all these pancakes waiting for me, I can’t want for 2025 to arrive, lol! But seriously, I love everything in this round up. Yes, even those that aren’t pancakes. The new French toast from Another Broken Egg Cafe sounds amazing, and I can say the same for the two new seasonal drinks. Too bad, they’ll be available a week after the celebration. But hey, that’s enough time for me to savor the IHOP pancakes first! 🤣
