Start your summer right with some delicious doughnut deals! Krispy Kreme is celebrating the summer solstice with some sweet offers.
This week, Krispy Kreme is hosting Hot Light Happy Hours at participating stores nationwide from Monday through Wednesday, 5 to 7 p.m. During these hours, you can get half off a dozen Original Glazed doughnuts without needing to make an additional purchase. However, there is a limit of two dozen per customer, and the deal is available both in stores and online with the promo code “HOTNOW.”
And on Thursday, June 20th, the first day of summer, Krispy Kreme is offering a special BOGO deal. When you buy one dozen of your favorite doughnuts, you can get a second Original Glazed dozen for just $1.
This deal is too good to pass up. It’s perfect if you haven’t tried the Dolly Parton collection or want a mix of your favorite classics. The $1 dozen promotion runs all day Thursday and can be redeemed in stores and online with the promo code “SUMMER.”
Additionally, some lucky customers will be randomly selected to receive a free Original Glazed dozen with no purchase necessary.

Last March 19, Krispy Kreme launched the Spring Minis Collection to celebrate the onset of Spring. The Spring Minis featured four fun flavors that were perfect for Easter — Mini Birds Nest Doughnut, Strawberry Egg Doughnut, Hatching Chick Doughnut, and Robin’s Egg Doughnut.
Minis for Mom Collection (May 6, 2024)
Last May 6, Krispy Kreme introduced a “Minis for Mom” collection of 16 mini doughnuts alongside the classic Original Glazed doughnut. This new collection is launched in celebration of Mother’s Day and features three new flavors — Strawberry Iced Heart Doughnut, Iced Rose Doughnut, and Chocolate Cookie Crumble Doughnut.
Dolly Parton’s Southern Sweets Doughnut Collection (May 10, 2024)
Earlier this year, Krispy Kreme collaborated with country music legend Dolly Parton to release a limited-edition collection of doughnuts inspired by her favorite flavors, thus the release of the Southern Sweets Doughnut Collection. This doughnut selection included a Banana Pudding doughnut and a Chocolate Crème Pie doughnut, both topped with a dollop of buttercream and a sprinkle of sugar, reminiscent of Dolly’s iconic style.
National Doughnut Day (June 7, 2024)
As you can recall, their latest promotion was in honor of National Doughnut Day last June 7th. Krispy Kreme offered a sweet deal for all customers – a free doughnut of their choice, valid all day long! No purchase is necessary to enjoy your favorite glazed, iced, filled, or cake doughnut. This generated a lot of excitement among regular and new customers, and every donut lover anticipated the day of its release.
