The National Doughnut Day is happening this Friday, June 6, but Krispy Kreme isn’t just celebrating this food holiday. They’re throwing a full-on glaze party! Because what’s better than kicking off the weekend with warm, gooey glazed doughnuts? The brand is serving up serious sweetness through mouthwatering deals and a free treat in the mix, so don’t snooze on this one!
This Friday, June 6, a series of hot offers from Krispy Kreme is headed your way. First, with National Doughnut Day, the brand is offering guests ANY doughnut for FREE. There’s no catch aka purchase necessary. But that’s not all, because also on Friday, guests can get a dozen of Original Glazed doughnuts for just $2 with the purchase of any dozen at a regular price. This offer is available in-shop and via drive-thru at participating Krispy Kreme stores.
According to Krispy Kreme’s Chief Growth Officer, Dave Skena, National Doughnut Day is their favorite time to celebrate Krispy Kreme fans and how much they love the glazed doughnuts. Additionally, this summer, the brand’s Original Glazed will be turning 88, so the celebration will keep going until the first day of the new season.
Krispy Kreme’s Sweet Summer Kickoff
After celebrating the National Doughnut Day, there are more reasons to drop by your local Krispy Kreme. The brand announced that beginning Saturday, June 7, they will offer “14 Days of Original Glazed,” and this will run until the first day of summer, June 20. Throughout the 14 days, Krispy Kreme Rewards members can purchase a dozen of Original Glazed doughnuts for $9.99. There’s a limit of one per guest per day, and if you haven’t signed up yet, you can do so via this page.
Krispy Kreme loves giving sweet surprises, so that’s not all we’re getting from the “14 Days of Original Glazed” promo. Here are other fast food deals to watch out for:
- June 13 (Friday the 13th) – All guests can enjoy a dozen of Original Glazed doughnuts for just 13 cents with the purchase of any dozen at a regular price.
- June 20 – During the first day of summer, Krispy Kreme will select thousands of lucky fans who will get a year’s supply of FREE Original Glazed doughnuts! Multiple guests will be randomly selected in each participating location, and they will get one dozen per month starting July 2025 to June 2026. And again, on June 20, you can get a dozen of glazed doughnuts for only $2 when you purchase any dozen at a regular price.

Summer isn’t complete without drinks that remind you of a tropical oasis and a classic camping treat. These exact beverages can be found, now and for a limited-time, at Krispy Kreme. A tip? Enjoy your free or discounted glazed doughnuts with any of these beverages:
- Strawberry Infusion Lemonade Chiller – This drink is fruity, icy, and made for summer days. Enjoy this sip with a burst of strawberry flavor.
- Blackberry Infusion Lemonade Chiller – This blend combines crisp lemonade with a bold blackberry-flavored infusion. The result is a refreshing tart and sweet drink!

There’s no official word yet about the release but we’re taking comfort in the fact the this flavor will feature a vanilla soft serve base, mixed with graham crackers, mini marshmallows and HERSHEY’S milk chocolate pieces!
Jimmy John’s Lemon Sunshine Cookie
Looking for some citrus-y joy? You can find exactly that at Jimmy John’s! The brand just dropped its first new cookie flavor of the year and it’s bursting with lemon goodness! Introducing: Lemon Sunshine Cookie, made with lemon flavor and white chocolate chips. If summer has a taste, this would be it, according to the brand. This new cookie is soft, chewy, bright, and full of fresh flavors. Best paired with one of Jimmy John’s toasted sandwiches or flavor-packed wraps!
Popeyes’ Chicken Wraps and Refreshers
This is not a drill…wraps are taking over fast food menus, starting at Popeyes! That’s right, days before McDonald’s announced the return of Snack Wraps, Popeyes dropped their own Chicken Wraps, available with your choice of Classic, Honey Mustard, or Spicy spread. These wraps are loaded with chicken tenders bursting with Louisiana flavors, shredded cheese, crunchy pickles, and crisp lettuce. Each wrap costs $3.99.
You can also pair your Chicken Wrap with Popeyes’ new berry-infused summer drinks, which build on the brand’s viral Pickle Lemonade. The new fruit-forward drinks include the Blueberry Cane Sweet Tea, Blueberry Unsweet Tea, and Blueberry Lemonade (Chilled or Frozen).
