McDonald’s has another surprise for Canadians, but this time, it’s for early morning risers.
McDonald’s may not regularly update their breakfast menus, but when they do, it’s always worth the wait. Their new breakfast items have always been deliciously crafted, and they also serve fresh flavors that make breakfast even better. When you say breakfast, McDonald’s may not be the first fast food chain you think of, but now, McDonald’s Canada is changing that mindset and putting themselves at the top of each customer’s mind with their new breakfast twists.
McDonald’s Canada has introduced new Breakfast Wraps as an offer to both early birds and fans of their current McWraps. Here are the varieties of the new McDonald’s Breakfast Wraps:
Sausage, Bacon & Egg Breakfast Wrap
A breakfast meal with 800 calories, McDonald’s new Sausage, Bacon, & Egg Breakfast Wrap is made with savory sausage, hickory-smoked bacon, a freshly-cracked Canadian Free-Run Egg, and processed cheese. It’s also topped with mayo-style sauce, and a crispy hash brown, all wrapped in McDonald’s soft white flour tortilla.
Chicken Breakfast Wrap
Going for 680 calories, McDonald’s Chicken Breakfast Wrap features breaded seasoned chicken patty and processed cheddar cheese. This wrap is completed with a topping of mayo-style sauce, shredded lettuce, and a crispy hash brown, all wrapped in McDonald’s soft white flour tortilla.
Spicy Egg & Hash Brown Wrap
This spicy breakfast wrap is the lightest of all three new wraps. The Spicy Egg & Hash Brown Wrap contains freshly-cracked Canadian Free Run Egg and processed cheese. It’s also topped with Spicy Habanero sauce, shredded lettuce, tomato, and a crispy hash brown, all encased in a soft white flour tortilla.
In an online Facebook post, a lot of customers shared mixed reactions to the news of McDonald’s Canada’s new Breakfast Wraps. One user asked why do other countries have new stuff (or rather food) all the time, but in America, it’s the same food they have, and another user commented to bring back the Snack Wraps in the United States. Another user stood out and shared that the people asked for regular and spicy chicken snack wraps, not breakfast ones.

New Menu Lineup You Can Try at McDonald’s USA
McDonald’s USA is not backing down without a delicious fight. The Golden Arches has also shown their calibre with their current and upcoming new menu items to satisfy Americans craving for what the Canadian Mickey D’s offers.

McDonald’s Pumpkin Spice Menu for Fall
Finally, it’s Fall! It’s that time of the year again when we crave Pumpkin-Spiced menu items, and luckily, Starbucks isn’t the only chain that offers them. This fall, McDonald’s will reintroduce their fall favorites of Pumpkin Spice Latte, Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee, and Pumpkin and Crème Pie.
McDonald’s Pumpkin Spice Latte and Iced Coffee bring comforting fall flavors with its creamy blend of whole milk and espresso. These were brewed from sustainable beans combined with added fall touches of pumpkin and cinnamon. That’s not all; McDonald’s is also bringing their Pumpkin and Crème Pie back for a limited time. It’s packed with spiced pumpkin filling, making it a perfect hot pie dessert for the cooler days ahead.
Also, McDonald’s USA is rumored to release their Boo Buckets this Halloween. While the details are not yet available, but that’s another major treat McDonald’s fans can look forward to.

McDonald’s Canada is back at it again! Honestly, I’m very impressed at how they’ve planned out their releases this year. Which also makes me think, what more can they introduce? If Snack Wraps will ever come back in the USA, I hope they’d somehow copy these Breakfast Wraps from Canada, the Sausage, Bacon & Egg Breakfast Wrap makes me crave and I wish I could get one every week. I’m not keeping my hopes us but also, I’m crossing my fingers for McDonald’s USA to make this a reality!
