Finally, after years of envy toward other countries (looking at you, Canada), we’re getting something amazing for a McDonald’s dessert. We’re talking about the McFlurry flavor we’ve been dreaming of since our last camping trip, the S’mores McFlurry! It’s about time that we get our hands on this indulgent treat filled with flavors of summer nostalgia.
Thanks to our in-the-know foodie friends, we’ve caught the news about the arrival of S’mores McFlurry at McDonald’s US menus. According to the news circulating online, the S’mores McFlurry will feature vanilla soft serve, blended with soft mini marshmallows, graham crackers, and HERSHEY’S milk chocolate pieces. It’s a bit different from what McDonald’s Canada previously offered, which was blended with hot fudge.
McDonald’s doesn’t have any official announcement yet, but the word is that the S’mores McFlurry will arrive on June 10, 2025 nationwide. What’s New and Coming to McDonald’s?
The news about S’mores McFlurry was a pleasant surprise, but as we wait for its official return, McDonald’s has new and upcoming releases that will make your taste buds cheer. Of course, there are also fast food deals that will make your wallet equally happy.
McCrispy Strips Are Here
Participating McDonald’s locations are now offering the new McCrispy Strips as a permanent menu item. According to the fast food giant, these strips are the first permanent menu item they released in about four years. The McCrispy Strips are available in orders of 3 and 4, featuring 100% white meat, breaded and bursting with a new black pepper flavor.
In addition, these chicken strips come with the new Creamy Chili Dip sauce, which is savory, sweet, and tangy. Three pieces of the new McCrispy Strips will be served with one container of the Creamy Chili dip, while four pieces will have two dip cups. The new menu item and its sauce arrived to the menus after McDonald’s saw a huge demand for chicken strips within the fast food industry.
The Return of the Snack Wrap
What we know so far about the return of Snack Wrap is that it will be happening soon. McDonald’s has already confirmed that the Snack Wrap is returning this year, but the exact date is still unknown. They did, however, share a post on social media with the message: “0x.14.2025,” which led to fans speculating that the return date will be on June 14th or July 14th.
The Snack Wrap was first introduced in 2006 and was discontinued as early as 2016. It had several different iterations, but the main ingredients included chicken breast meat, cheese, lettuce, and a sauce, all loaded into a soft flour tortilla. McDonald’s has been keeping the exact release date a secret for “competitive reasons.” And true enough, another fast food giant, Popeyes, just released their own Chicken Wraps this June.
McValue’s All-Day Deals
In January 2025, McDonald’s officially launched the McValue platform, which lets you score deals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This platform houses all the chain’s value offers in one place, including meal deals like the current McChicken and McDouble $5 Meal Deals. These offerings have been repeatedly extended as the economic environment remains difficult for lower-income consumers.
The fast food chain also has other noteworthy deals on offer, including a free Quarter Pounder with Cheese for those who will download the McDonald’s app and make their first $1+ purchase. More fast food deals await when you use the app and join MyMcDonald’s Rewards.

More S’mores-Inspired Menu Releases
Summer is coming in fast and so is the s’mores season! We feel it with the upcoming arrival of S’mores McFlurry, but what if we told you that you can now enjoy the classic campfire treat at other fast food chains and restaurants. That’s right, we’ve got here the brands that are now offering new treats centered on the craveable flavors of s’mores!
Nothing Bundt Cakes’ S’mores made with HERSHEY’S
Nothing Bundt Cakes is all set to fire up your taste buds with their new limited-time flavor, S’mores made with HERSHEY’S. This new treat features a chocolate cake base baked with HERSHEY’S milk chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, and mini marshmallows. On top, the cake is drizzled with chocolate sauce and finished with buttery graham streusel! I don’t know about you but this sounds like a real treat!
The S’mores made with HERSHEY’S flavor will be around until July 13 only, or while supplies last. The cake is also available in a special Father’s Day edition and as birthday cakes for friends and family who will be celebrating from June to July.
Dairy Queen’s S’mores Blizzard Treat
Meanwhile, over at Dairy Queen, a royalty treat has made a triumphant return. Say hello again to S’mores Blizzard Treat! This dessert will transport you to your coziest memories of sleepovers and camping trips. Without the fuss of pitching a tent or getting smoke into your eyes, you can get your chocolatey and marshmallow-ey fix!
The S’mores Blizzard Treat is made with the world-famous soft serve, blended with graham cracker and marshmallow-filled DQ chocolate bars. This returning menu item joins other Blizzard treats on Dairy Queen’s summer Blizzard menu for 2025. Other irresistible flavors to check out include:
