Tropical Smoothie Cafe
Looking for more acai bowl suggestions? Tropical Smoothie Cafe just expanded their Tropic Bowl Menu by introducing two new additions: the Dragon Fruit Bowl and Acai Bowl with NUTELLA. The two new offerings feature the exciting trend of bowl flavors that we see on social media. It gives guests more options to choose from a variety of healthy bowl treats and turns the dreadful winter into a time when we’re in the tropics.
Check out the two new Tropic Bowl options:

- Dragon Fruit Bowl – Features a vibrant dragon fruit base. It is topped with fresh pineapple, mango, and goji berries. The usual acai bowl toppers such as coconut, chia seeds, and honey drizzle finish the bowl to add more benefits to your health.
- Acai Bowl with NUTELLA – This new treat is a twist to Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s fan-favorite Acai Bowl. It combines the refreshing acai base with strawberries, blueberries, and bananas. The bowl is further accented with coconut, granola, chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey and NUTELLA. Guests can also choose to add NUTELLA to any of their bowl offerings for a small upcharge.
Yogurtland
Yogurtland would agree with fans that January is the perfect time to focus on wellness and embrace much healthier habits, including eating foods that are kind to your body. Ditch your ice cream for yogurt, as Yogurtland will help you keep track of your resolutions with their yogurt.
Now, why should you choose Yogurtland as your next dessert destination? It’s a known fact that probiotics from yogurt can help in digestion and support gut health, making them a much more favorable dessert treat. Also, the brand offers No Sugar Added (NSA) flavors like French Vanilla, as well as non-fat offerings like Plain Tart and Fresh Strawberry. They also offer vegan options, which include plant-based froyo and sorbets throughout the year. You can also choose from a wide variety of healthy toppings, like an assortment of fresh fruits.

From The Club
These new releases are very timely for people like me who are trying to cleanse both my body and mind. I assessed that I might have been consuming too much junk last year when I developed a brain fog, so one of my promises this year is to be good to my body. I guess I’ll start them with a healthy acai bowl snacking from Jamba and Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Also, instead of a full unhealthy dinner feast, I might just opt for a Protein & Fiber Plate from Panda Express. For dessert, I might just ditch the ice cream with Yogurtland’s French Vanilla yogurt. The healthy route is not easy, but it all starts with changing your eating habits and choosing better alternatives.
