The brand is still offering its holiday menu lineup, showcasing icy treats that your sweet tooth will surely love. But that’s not all, because Arby’s also dropped something…fishy. Fan-favorite items are coming back to Arby’s locations, and will be available way beyond the holidays. If that’s not enough present for you, Blizzard also announced a returning menu item that would make you wish for summer season to come soon! Let’s go over the details on the these latest seasonal fast food drops.
Andy’s Frozen Custard
Looking to treat yourself to some authentic frozen custard this holiday? Andy’s Frozen Custard is the place you’re looking for. Known for their frozen custard made fresh hourly, this shop will leave you in awe when it comes to product quality and taste! Now, let’s talk about their holiday specials, because as you’ve noticed, the festive atmosphere is still here. ‘Tis the season to be jolly with these holiday menu items from Andy’s Frozen Custard:
- Andy Nog Shake – This custardy, rich, and sweet treat is made with vanilla frozen custard blended with eggnog. You’ll enjoy something along the lines of creme brulee, spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Santa Brownie Sundae & Jackhammer – These are more festive treats both in taste and form, featuring vanilla frozen custard blended with candy canes, brownies, and hot fudge. These fish sandwiches will be available at participating Arby’s locations for the rest of 2024 until the end of Lent season next year. Additionally, fans and first-time guests can try the returning sandwiches a la carte or as combo meals, served with fries and drink.

- Crispy Fish Sandwich – This seasonal fast food item is made with a crispy fish fillet, tartar sauce, and shredded lettuce, all served on a toasted sesame bun. Available for $4.79.
- Fish ‘n Cheddar Sandwich – For a more flavorful option, consider this sandwich. It features a crispy fish fillet, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese sauce, and tartar sauce on a seeded bun. Available for $5.09.

Yup, that’s right, the blizzard flavor that everyone loves and wishes to be an all-year-long kind of thing, is making its grand return. When, you ask? Well, sadly, not this holiday season. The good news was shared by food enthusiast and blogger @snackolator, revealing that it would be an upcoming summer Blizzard flavor. This makes sense according to some fans, as s’mores are typically made during camping trips, which is a key part of the summer experience.
To recap, Dairy Queen’s S’mores Blizzard claims to be a gooey, chocolatey, and marshmallow-y treat. It’s made with their iconic soft serve, blended with graham crackers and DQ chocolate bars filled with marshmallows. As per Dairy Queen, once the popular seasonal treat is back, you can skip pitching the tent and having sticky fingers around the fire, because S’mores Blizzard is sure to bring sweet fun under the sun. Similar to other blizzard treats, this returning menu item will be available in mini, small, medium, and large sizes.
So, it’s still a couple of months away before you can get your hands on the S’mores Blizzard. Time to talk about Dairy Queen’s Blizzard of the Month, then! This holiday, you can grab another returning menu item: Peppermint Hot Cocoa Blizzard. It features a combination of soft serve, chocolate chunks, and peppermint candy cane pieces, finished with whipped topping and more candy cane pieces. Also, DQ is reportedly serving Frozen Hot Chocolate, which is a cool twist on the the traditional Christmas drink. This one’s made with cocoa fudge, blended with DQ’s Misty Slush and vanilla soft serve, and then topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.
