Noodles & Company is celebrating National Mac & Cheese Day all month long with the return of Macapalooza. From this day until all throughout July, Noodles Rewards members can enjoy a $1 Side Mac reward with a minimum purchase of $15 or more.
On July 3, Noodles will launch the new Mac & Cheese Mashup menu, featuring four limited-time mac & cheese flavors. The menu is available only online and starts at $9.
The four new mac & cheese mashups include:
- 4-Cheese Alfredo Mac: All new elbow macaroni in a four-cheese alfredo sauce, topped with MontAmoré cheese, better with parmesan-crusted chicken.
- Cheesy Broccoli Mac: elbow macaroni in a creamy cheddar and jack cheese sauce with broccoli, better with grilled chicken.
- Crispy Jalapeno Mac: elbow macaroni in a creamy cheddar and jack cheese sauce topped with crispy jalapenos, same with the second item, better with grilled chicken.
- Korean Meatball Mac & Cheese: This last mashup is exclusive to DoorDash Pass Members. It consists of elbow macaroni in a creamy cheddar and jack cheese sauce, topped with Korean Meatballs in a sweet and spicy Gochujang barbecue sauce.
For National Mac & Cheese Day on July 14, Noodles Rewards members can enjoy the Mac & Cheese Mashup menu items for just $5.

The return of the Macapalooza in the upcoming National Mac & Cheese Day is really quite exciting, but before that, let’s check some of the notable news from Noodles & Company this past few months:
Earlier this month, Noodles & Company introduced a brand new dish, the Baked 4-Cheese Chicken Alfredo, which was made available at their branches nationwide as of June 20th. Noodles Rewards members were granted a special privilege to preview the dish starting June 5th, 2024. It featured penne noodles combined with sautéed spinach and a four-cheese blend in Alfredo sauce, topped with grilled chicken, melted mozzarella cheese, and seasoned with Italian seasonings—a true delight that was sure to please.
Noodles & Company brought back a fan favorite: Steak Stroganoff! This delicious dish is known for its delicious flavors and comforting taste, returned by popular demand. Starting April 10th, Steak Stroganoff can be found on the menu at Noodles & Company restaurants nationwide for just $10.95. It was only available for a limited time!

Every time National Mac and Cheese Day comes, I only think of one fast food chain-Noodles & Company, and this coming July 14th, they have a few dishes to choose from, making the day cheesier. I mean, they announced the return of Macapalooza, and in line with that, they set to launch the Mac & Cheese mashup with four exciting dishes, one of which is my favorite 4-Cheese Alfredo Mac, which was recently launched earlier this month.
