Calling all Nothing Bundt Cake fans, your favorite cake shop is teaming up with one of your favorite childhood snacks for their new flavor. Of course, it’s none other than Pop-Tarts!
Any guesses on the flavor? Clue: It’s a fruit tart filled with strawberry jam and has a white frost in the front with colorful sprinkle bits. If you guessed Pop-Tarts Frosted Strawberry, then you’re right!
Nothing Bundt Cake is collaborating with Pop-Tarts, who are known for their iconic toaster pastries. They are available starting August 19 to September 1, 2024, until supplies last at the store’s 600-plus locations nationwide.
Now, what makes the Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tarts cake special? The cake base is made out of strawberry flavor with Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tarts pieces. The cake’s top is smothered in their signature cream cheese frosting and topped with confetti sprinkles to resemble the look of the Frosted Strawberry. It also has a bite-sized Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tart as a center topper. The Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tart cake is only available to get at a personal-size Bundlet.
Claire Jessen, Nothing Bundt Cakes’ Vice President of Culinary, says that their brand’s collaboration with Pop-Tarts brings both a classic treat and a nostalgic taste to the cake Bundtlet. It’s like those times when you got back home from school and put your pastry Pop-Tarts in a toaster to watch TV.

Here’s to hoping that Nothing Bundt Cakes will set them up for another release in the near future.
