Get your dessert knives and forks ready as Nothing Bundt Cake introduces the Tastes of Autumn Collection. It features four flavors, including three new limited-time Pop-Up flavors and the return of one of the most anticipated classics, the Pumpkin Spice.
Get excited because the Pumpkin Spice is set for release on September 2, 2024. While the Pop-Up desserts will roll out at a later date, with the earliest starting September 16, 2024. The Pop-Up flavors are available at Nothing Bundt Cake stores for two weeks or until supplies last.
Nothing Bundt Cake’s new Tastes of Autumn Collection includes the following:
- Pumpkin Spice Featured Flavor (to be released on September 2, 2024)

- Caramel Apple Cider Pop-Up – Cinnamon lovers, this one’s for you! This pastry features a cinnamon spice cake with apple cider. This treat is covered with apple spice and cinnamon sugar and filled with caramel sauce.
- Chocolate Toffee Crunch Pop-Up – Looking for a chocolatier option? Try this cake, which features a HEATH English toffee filling with Hershey’s caramel drizzle. This cake is sure to bring you over to chocolate heaven.
- OREO Dirt Cake Pop-up – For a more chocolatey option, try this OREO special, which features a chocolate chip cake encrusted with OREOS. It also has a creamy chocolate pudding center topped with fruit gummy worms.

Drawing inspiration from the holidays and special days, Nothing Bundt Cakes has offered guests flavors that best suit the season.

Recently, Nothing Bundt Cakes rolled out their new Frosted Strawberry Pop-Tart, which is a collaboration between our favorite childhood snack, Pop-Tart! It features a classic base cake with cream cheese frosting and confetti sparkles, making the snack colorful. Now, for the best part, the mini Pop-Tarts Frosted Strawberry flavor is topped, and there are bits and pieces of Pop-Tarts mixed on your cake in every bite.
