Oscar Mayer now has new plant-based hot dogs and sausages! They are called NotHotDogs and NotSausages. The Kraft Heinz Not Company and TheNotCompany worked together to make these. They want to give people more tasty plant-based food options in the United States.
Experts think that by 2030, people will spend about $19 billion on plant-based foods in the country. That’s a big jump from $8.3 billion in 2023. But, there aren’t many plant-based hot dogs and sausages people really like because of how they taste and feel. So, Oscar Mayer wants to change that with their new NotHotDogs and NotSausages. You can find these in Bratwurst and Italian sausage flavors.
These new products show how fast The Kraft Heinz Not Company wants to bring new plant-based foods to everyone. They already have other plant-based foods like NotMac&Cheese, NotCheese Slices, and NotMayo. And they’re planning to create even more products and sell them around the world.
The NotHotDogs and NotSausages are made to taste, look, and feel like the hot dogs and sausages made from meat. They will first show up at Expo West in their booth (#N1732) from March 12 to March 16, 2024. Later in the year, you should be able to find them in big stores all over the country.
