To celebrate the launch of these new items, Panera is introducing a special “Swicy” deal, which lets customers pair these sweet treats with the newly launched Spicy Fiesta Sandwich. For a limited time, customers can enjoy 50% off a bakery item when they buy the Spicy Fiesta Chicken Sandwich along with a drink at participating locations.
Here’s what you can expect in Panera’s bakery case, featuring new baked goods with a choice of regular and bite-sized treats:
- New Almond Pastry: Enjoy your breakfast featuring a serving of flaky pastry filled with sweet almond filling, and with icing and sliced almonds as toppings.

- New Coconut Macaroon: If you want some bite-sized treats, fill yourself up with a delightful coconut cookie finished with a chocolate dip.
- New Chocolate Coconut Macaroon: Go classic with a chocolate coconut macaroon finished with a chocolate dip.
- Pumpkin Cookie: This returning favorite makes its way back to Panera’s menu board. Fans can once again savor a fall classic featuring a shortbread cookie shaped like a pumpkin, and decorated with seasonal icing.
If you’re looking for a new twist on Panera’s morning lineup, then you’re in luck. Panera is launching three new breakfast treats; all served on a delicious and flaky croissant.
- Croissant Bacon, Egg & Cheese: Enjoy the your favorites, including applewood smoked bacon, scrambled egg, and melty aged white cheddar.
- Croissant Sausage, Egg & Cheese: Start your day with a full meal; including a savory sausage, scrambled egg, and melty white cheddar.
- Croissant Egg & Cheese: Everybody loves a classic breakfast plate of scrambled egg and melty aged white cheddar.
Last April, Panera started its biggest menu transformation, and since then, they have focused on improving core menu items and offering better value to guests.
