Thanks to our favorite fast food spots and restaurants, we can look forward to some of the coolest ways to chill out. These drinks wouldn’t be around for long though, so sip fast and soak them in!
Freddy’s Lemon and Orange Cream Frosts
Freddy’s is thrilled to announce that they added two new menu items perfect summer sippin’! Yes, it’s officially summer at Freddy’s with the release of these two new beverages:
- Lemon Cream Frost – This blend is made with all-natural lemonade and vanilla frozen custard, finished off with whipped cream.
- Orange Cream Frost – This blend is made with all-natural lemonade, vanilla custard, and orange powder, finished off with whipped cream.
While you’re at Freddy’s, you may also want to check out another favorite summer treat, the Key Lime Pie Concrete. This one is made with vanilla frozen custard, blended with a whole slice of Key Lime Pie! For toppings, you also get whipped cream and sprinkles of cinnamon streusel.
Häagen-Dazs’ Summer Blueberry Collection
Häagen-Dazs is also celebrating the new season with the launch of its Summer Blueberry Collection. This features three seasonal treats made to delight every kind of craving. Whether you’re looking for a plant-based refreshment or a classic way to indulge this summer, this collection has options that everyone will enjoy. Let’s look at the items included in the new lineup:
- Blueberry Milkshake – A creamy blend made with the brand’s new Summer Blueberry & Lemon Sorbet and vanilla ice cream with milk, topped with whipped cream.
- Blueberry Crumble Dazzler – This also features the new Summer Blueberry & Lemon Sorbet, layered with blueberry preserves, short bread cookies, and then finished with whipped topping, cookie crumbles, and a short bread cookie.
- Blueberry Lemon Non-Dairy Freeze – This treat is made with Summer Blueberry & Lemon Sorbet, blended with oat milk and mixed with real blueberry preserves.
According to the brand, each new flavor from the collection aims to bring a sense of nostalgia and a way to remind you of something comforting like blueberry pie on a warm summer day. By adding the Häagen-Dazs twist, the new treats become a little more indulgent. The Summer Blueberry Collection will officially hit the menus on June 15, 2025.
KFC’s Peaches & Cream Soda
Did the summer just become peachier? KFC has joined the dirty soda trend, and they’re taking it to the next level with the Mountain Dew® Sweet Lightning® Peaches & Cream Soda. This new drink was recently added to the menus, and it features peach and honey flavors. If you’re looking for a creamier twist, you can add a vanilla swirl cream to the new beverage. PJ’s Coffee’s New Energy Drinks
This summer, PJ’s Coffee is giving guests more reasons to drop by, and they have nothing to do with coffee. The brand just launched a new lineup of energy drinks, and it’s inspired by the sounds, sights, and storms of summertime in New Orleans! Yup, this is an unexpected lineup that will keep you refreshed and recharged in every sip:
- Hurricane – This drink combines the zesty rush of orange with the sultry sweetness of passion fruit. It’s a nod to one of the fan-favorite signature cocktails in New Orleans.
- Voodoo – Inspired by Crescent City, this drink is a blend of blue raspberry and dragon fruit. It’s a glittery blend that lets you escape the summer heat!

According to PJ’s Coffee, they wanted to put an energetic twist on classic favorites, hence this new lineup of energy drinks. At the same time, they’re sticking to their roots by making each drink fun and flavorful.
Wendy’s POWERADE Xtra Sour
Meanwhile, Wendy’s is ready to shock your taste buds with their new POWERADE Xtra Sour flavors. With carbs in the drink, POWERADE can help replace burned energy after doing strenuous activities. POWERADE has also been reformulated to include 50% more electrolytes, higher than the ones you could get from Gatorade Thirst Quencher. As for the flavor, you have three options to choose from:
- Cherry Kicker – Inspired by ripe cherries, giving you a tart punch in every sip.
- Grape Shocker – Infused with intense grape flavor and one-of-a-kind sourness.
- Peach Pucker – Described as crispy and tangy, with some peachy goodness and a burst of sour.

White Castle’s “Mechanized Mix” Soft Drink
The new fizzy drink at White Castle is looking like a real marvel. As part of the chain’s collaboration with Marvel’s Ironheart, they will be offering a new Fanta drink called “Mechanized Mix.” It has been described as a bold, refreshing drink that could fuel up your day of adventure. The new drink will be available in a regular, full-sugar option and a Zero Sugar option.
Additionally, White Castle’s Original Sliders will kind of undergo a makeover, as they will be served in limited-edition boxes inspired by the White Castle packaging seen in the Disney+ series. Meanwhile, a portion of sales of the Mechanized Mix Fanta or other Coca-Cola Freestyle drink will be donated to Girls Who Code, a non-profit organization aiming to close the gender gap in tech sector.

I’ve been eyeing that Peaches & Cream Soda from KFC, and I have to agree that it would go well with the returning Fill Ups meal deals.
