Hey pasta lovers, want to try something new? Your favorite pasta place, Fazoli’s, just released new and unique pasta dishes that would keep you coming back for more!
Pastas may have originated in Italy, but they are loved globally. With its saucy and meaty goodness, we’re sure to have a filling dinner. Speaking of dinner, Fazoli’s has got you covered with their new limited-time Manicotti Pasta dishes:
- Three Meat Manicotti: Perfect for meat lovers, this pasta dish features a manicotti pasta base filled and topped with Fazolis’ meat sauce, Italian sausage, and melted cheeses. It is served with Fazoli’s freshly baked breadsticks for a balance of flavor.
- Chicken Alfredo Manicotti: Can’t decide what pasta to choose? You can get them all by ordering the Chicken Alfredo Manicotti. It features Alfredo sauce, roasted chicken, Parmesan-roasted broccoli, and three melted cheeses. The pasta is then topped with Parmesan panko breadcrumbs for a crunch in every bite. It is served with Fazoli’s signature breadsticks.
These limited-time pastas are available until September 9, 2024, at all of Fazoli’s locations nationwide.
What’s a Manicotti Pasta?
You may wonder what Manicotti pastas are. It’s a special kind of large tube-shaped pasta usually stuffed with meat, cheese, and vegetables. It is then smothered with your choice of flavorful sauces, adding to the taste of the filling stuffed inside the pasta.
Did you know that it is one of the earliest known pasta shapes? In ancient times, the dough was prepared before they cut it into rectangles and rolled into tubes! What an interesting way of preparing the loved dish.
Going back to Fazoli’s, Tisha Bartlett, Vice President of Marketing, said that Fazoli’s Manicotti Pastas is inspired by the limited-time offering Stuffed Shells introduced last February. The Stuffed Shells are giant shell-shaped pasta with fillings. Fazoli’s offered three Stuffed Shell pasta flavors: Four Cheese, Garlic Shrimp, and Baked Fettucine.
With guests’ unique pasta preferences, Fazoli’s will surely add more unique pasta options in the future. Hopefully, a permanent menu one!

Pasta Samplers
Starting off with Fazoli’s unique choice of plating their pastas, the Pasta Sampler dishes consist of different kinds of pasta on one plate! Mixing the sauces is an interesting choice, especially for those who want to experiment with their food. The Pasta Sampler consists of three varieties:
- Classic Sampler: Features Fettucine Alfredo, Lasagna with Meat Sauce, and Spaghetti with Marinara Meatball.
- Ultimate Sampler: Features Fettucine Alfredo, Penne with Meat Sauce, Spaghetti with Marinara Meatball, and Lasagna with Meat Sauce.
- Oven-Baked Sampler: Features Fettucine Alfredo, Lasagna with Meat Sauce, and Spaghetti Marinara Meatball baked to perfection with Mozzarella and Provolone Cheeses.
Chicken Broccoli Penne
For green pasta sauce fans, Fazoli’s has something for you! The Chicken Broccoli Penne features a penne pasta base with Alfredo sauce, topped with roasted chicken, parmesan-roasted broccoli, and grape tomatoes, all baked with Mozzarella and Provolone Cheeses. As always, the pasta is served with breadsticks on the side.
Loaded Baked Spaghetti
If you haven’t tried a loaded spaghetti pasta, now’s the perfect time! Fazoli’s Loaded Baked Spaghetti features Spaghetti with Meat Sauce base, seasoned mushrooms, Italian sausage, and bacon, all baked with Mozzarella and Provolone Cheeses. It is served with breadsticks on the side.

As a pasta lover, Fazoli’s new Manicotti Pastas sounds like a dream. I’m excited to try the Chicken Alfredo Manicotti because I prefer white sauce pasta. I can just imagine the roasted chicken dipped in Alfredo sauce and three-cheese goodness! Even the broccoli and panko crumbs are covered in parmesan cheese. I’ll definitely dip the soft breadsticks in the sauce, as nothing is about to go to waste. It looks like tonight’s dinner will be filling.
