Summer is right around the corner, which means we’re getting all of the hottest fast food finds from our favorite places!
While summer is still a month away, we’re bringing you a preview of some of the best food lineups from different chains. Whether you’re craving pizza, refreshments, or a good old donut, we’ll bring you all of the latest summer finds you can avail yourself of. Get your lists ready, as we’re about to remind you of one of the reasons why your favorite season is summer!
Baja Fresh
This summer, fast-casual Mexican chain Baja Fresh is introducing their all-new Mango Habanero that is available now for a limited time at participating stores nationwide until July 21, 2025. Their Mango Habanero combines sweet and spicy, where the tangy mango is met with habanero peppers. Each Mango Habanero menu option has in-house lime rice and smashed pinto beans.
Here’s what the Mango Habanero menu has to offer:
- Tostada Bowl – Comes with a choice of fire-grilled fish or shrimp with mango habanero salsa in a crispy tostada bowl. It also comes with cilantro lime rice, smashed pinto beans, mixed cabbage topped with avocado slices, pinto, and a lime wedge.
- Taco Combo – Features two corn tortillas filled with your choice of fire-grilled fish or shrimp with mango habanero salsa. There’s also mixed cabbage, pico, and guacamole. It is served with cilantro lime rice, smashed pinto beans, and a lime wedge.
Also, the Jalapeño Toreado is now available at Baja Fresh. It’s a blistered jalapeño pepper that is seasoned and fried to complement any entrée.
If you love their $10 Baja Bundles, here’s some great news: They’re still available throughout the summer at participating locations. With these meal bundles, you can choose from three entrees that are served with a half order of your choice of rice and beans, tortilla chips and salsa, and a regular drink.
Dunkin’
Dunkin’ is gearing up for summer with the release of their seasonal specials of pastries and refreshments. Check out these new releases as well as the return of Dunkin’s craveable sweets:
Tropical Guava Dunkin’ Refresher – This refreshment provides energy from its B vitamin content. You can choose to get them in Green Tea, Lemonade, or Sparkling Water. Also, guests can now customize the sweetness level of their fruit drinks. Don’t miss out on other fruity refreshments that Dunkin’ is currently offering, like Strawberry Dragonfruit, Mango Pineapple, and Raspberry Watermelon in the form of Lemonade or Sparkling Water.
- Pistachio Signature Latte – Features a rich espresso drink with a nutty but subtly sweet Pistachio Flavor Swirl. The drink is then finished off with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and waffle cone pieces that go around the cup. They’re available to get either hot or iced.
- Iced Strawberry Loaf – A sweet and zesty new addition to the party, this treat features a lemon loaf base topped with strawberry icing. It is packaged in a go-to convenience so you can bring it anywhere.
But wait, there’s actually more Dunkin’ surprise! The chain is expected to drop the second part of their menu by the end of the month or the start of April. Check them out:

Mellow Mushroom
Mellow Mushroom is spicing up the summer with the release of Taco Nirvana, a limited-time taco menu that debuted on April 29, 2025, and will be available throughout the summer. The menu item will mash up two foods: a taco and a pizza.
The culinary team experimented with ingredients at Atlanta’s test kitchen. As a result, their fans can now dine in or order to-go from their menu of taco-style pizza with zesty enchilada sauce and spicy ranch. The taco pizza also consists of a loaded queso dip with melty mozzarella and fresh cilantro, which is the brand’s version of spicy mango m*rg*rita with a kick of jalapeño.
The Taco Nirvina menu features the following:
- Taco Nirvana Pizza – This pizza features a base of zesty enchilada sauce and is topped with your choice of chicken or beef (or half-half), melty mozzarella, green peppers, onions, and tomatoes. It is finished off with fresh cilantro and spicy ranch swirl.
- Loaded Queso – Features a bold and creamy dip that is packed with chicken, enchilada sauce, melty mozzarella, diced green peppers, and tomatoes. It is finished off with fresh cilantro and shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
- Spiked Mango M*rg*rita – This drink features a base of Mango T*qui*a with flavors of tropical sweetness from the mango and fiery spice. The drink includes jalapeño, a triple sec, and a housemade sour.
But wait, that’s not all, as Mellow Mushroom is adding in M*delo refreshment, which is the ideal b*er beverage for the Taco Nirvana menu. For flexibility, guests can choose to order half-half, half the Mellow classic, and half the Taco Nirvana. You can order any pizza with a 10” Gluten-Free crust or substitute it with Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Cream Cheese for any of the menu items, including cheese.
Shake Shack
The summer BBQ menu is now back at Shake Shack, adding a flavorful twist to their classic menu items. It will launch nationwide on May 2, 2025, while Shack fans can get exclusive early access to the Shack app starting April 29, 2025.
Here’s what makes up the BBQ Menu at Shake Shack:
- Smoky Classic BBQ Burger – This burger is 100% Angus beef, topped with American cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, pickles, and crispy onions. They’re all smothered with the classic BBQ sauce, all sandwiched on a toasted potato bun.
- Carolina BBQ Burger with Fried Pickles – Features a 100% Angus beef patty that is topped with pepper jack cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, and fried pickles. This burger is smothered with a taste of tangy-sweet Carolina BBQ sauce on a toasted potato bun.
- Carolina BBQ Chicken Sandwich with Fried Pickles – This sandwich comes with white-meat chicken topped with pepper jack cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, and fried pickles. The sandwich is smothered in Carolina-style BBQ sauce on a toasted potato bun.
- Spicy Fries – Features an appetizer of crispy crinkle-cut fries that are blended with hot pepper from the blend of cayenne. It is served with a side of Shake Ranch.
- Spicy Cheese Fries – Looking for the Shake Shack classic twist on the cheesy fries? Get this Spicy Cheesy Fries, which has a base of crispy crinkle-cut fries that are topped with cheese sauce. The cheese is spiced with the hot pepper blend of cayenne, garlic, and paprika, served with Shake Ranch on the side.
