Baskin-Robbins is an ice cream shop founded by big ice cream people, Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins, back in 1945. What’s interesting about them is they serve 31 flavors of ice cream which is big back in the day as most ice cream shops only serve classic flavors such as vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. The Baskin-Robbins’ aim in mind is to make someone’s next favorite flavor, and true enough, they deliver their promise with the continuous innovation of flavors and even their product line!
Last month, Baskin-Robbins unveiled their collaboration with luxury jewelry designer Susan Alexandra. In case you missed it, Baskin-Robbins and Susan Alexandra created the Ice Cream Social Necklace, which is perfect for the National Ice Cream Day that was held last July 21, 2024. The necklace features three charms which are ice cream cone, the iconic Baskin-Robbins pink spoon, and a shake. Now, fans can display their love for Baskin-Robbins with a necklace charm made just for them!
Speaking of collaboration, Baskin-Robbins also teamed up with Frankford Candy last May to create chocolate candies with some of Baskin-Robbins ice cream flavors. Both candies come in a 3-ounce bag and a 5-ounce container. Now, for the flavors, we first have the Mint Chocolate Chip, which has an outside coating of dark chocolate with a mint-flavored filling. The second flavor is the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough which has dark chocolate chips, dough, and vanilla cream. Baskin-Robbins fans, you know what to get whenever you want to satisfy your chocolate cravings!

Baskin-Robbins is right when they say that they create someone’s next favorite flavor! Since I’ve tasted the Cotton Candy flavor at Baskin-Robbins, I never switched to other ice cream flavors as I seem to have created a loyalty between me and the Cotton Candy flavor. It’s not the usual creamy sugar flavor that other ice cream shop serves. Looks like I have my extra scoop Melt Insurance planned this August 14! I just hope that Baskin Robbins makes this a permanent thing.
