Attention, Red Lobster fans! Your favorite restaurant is launching a secret menu in collaboration with a famous rapper who took the late 80s by storm! Want a clue? He is the vocalist and hypeman of the hip-hop group Public Enemy.
Of course, we’re talking about Flavor Flav!
Red Lobster is collaborating with rapper Flavor Flav to release a special meal deal called Flavor Flav’ Faves. The platter features food items that the rapper has picked as his favorites: Main lobster tail, snow crab legs, garlic shrimp scampi, bacon mac and cheese, and your choice of side.

Note that this is a secret menu; you can only order it by asking the servers for its name.
Now that you’re informed don’t miss out on this special meal deal collaboration, as it is only available until further notice. Flavor Flav’ Faves starts at $39.99, depending on the location.
Behind The Collaboration
Flavor Flav collaborating with Red Lobster might be unexpected news for some of you. The reason behind this is that he just came back to commit to his vow to help the restaurant after they declared bankruptcy in May 2024. The rapper said he wanted to share some of his seafood favorites with fans to give it a try. Sara Bittorf, the Chief Experience Officer of Red Lobster, added that the brand collaboration is meant to show Flav’s passion for their food.

Crabfest Season Starring Flavor Flav
Last May, Flav also starred in Red Lobster’s Crabfest commercial during Crabfest season, where guests could crack into special deals and new release items featuring — yes, you’ve got that right — crabs!
With Crabfest, guests can dig in and order the Crab Your Way, which is a full pound of crab legs served with crispy potatoes on the side.
Red Lobster also introduced new food items to grace the Crabfest menu:
- Crab Mac and Cheese: Your favorite cheesy meal just got better with its toppings: lump crab meat and crispy onions.
- Creamy Crab Carbonara: A seafood pasta with lump crab meat, tomatoes, and linguini with a white creamy sauce
- Crab and Lobster Duo: Can’t choose between the two? Combine them by ordering this dish. It features a cluster of Snow Crabs with a crab-stuffed Main lobster tail served with your choice of side.
- Snow Crab and Crab-Topped Fillet: Features a Snow Crab cluster paired with a crab-topped fillet and your choice of side.
- Snow Crab and Crab-Topped Sirloin: It’s a sin not to eat seafood at Red Lobster but if you’re also craving for non-seafood, you can order this dish. It features a Snow crab cluster paired with a crab-topped sirloin with your choice of side.
More Exciting Brand Collaborations
Brand collaborations are exciting, whether with a celebrity, movie, or character! It makes us want to purchase the product to try it out for ourselves! We’ve rounded up some limited brand collaborations we all received this year:
Dairy Queen with Ashlee Simpson-Ross
Last month, Dairy Queen collaborated with pop-rock singer-songwriter Ashlee Simpson-Ross for two Blizzard Flavors: The Brownie Batter Blizzard and The Frosted Animal Cookie Blizzard. First up, The Brownie Batter Blizzard features DQ’s creamy vanilla soft-serve and brownie batter dough. On the other hand, the Frosted Animal Cookie Blizzard features DQ’s soft serve with pieces of frosted animal cookies and pink confetti icing.

Butterfinger and The Simpsons
As a part of Butterfinger’s 100 anniversary in May, they have collaborated with The Simpsons for a candy pack. The crispy peanut butter chocolate wrappers feature The Simpsons characters, where the regular-size features Bart Simpson, the share packs with Homer Simpson, and the fun-size with the whole Simpson family.

Dunkin’ Donuts and Scrub Daddy
Your favorite Dunkin’ Donuts are now modeled after Scrub Daddy cleaning sponges, but of course, they are not edible. This collaboration features two pieces of cleaning sponges: one Scrub Daddy and its counterpart, Scrub Mommy! It was launched last June 3 on Scrub Daddy’s official website.

From The Club
It’s nice to see collaborations between restaurants and celebrities who really love dining there. I appreciate Flavor Flav’s commitment to serving the Red Lobster he once loved. I may not be a fan, but I’ll definitely swing by for dinner to taste Flav’s favorite seafood picks at Red Lobster!
