Once again, it’s Truffles for All as Shake Shack brings back their fan favorite truffles menu after three years.
When it comes to being a burger authority, Shake Shack is one of the reigning burger spots for grabbing a delicious piece of beef patty in a bun. For years, they are continuing to excite fans and burger lovers with their menu innovations, offering fresh twists on their classic favorites and breathing life to delicious and creative pieces of meat. From new burger lineups like the Smoky BBQ Burgers and Korean BBQ Burger to seasonal shakes, their creative offerings keep fans coming back for more. And just in time for Fall, Shake Shack welcomes back one of their iconic menu for cheese and burger lovers’ delight.
Shake Shack’s bringing back their iconic Black Truffle Menu, and don’t worry, there’s no need for a white table cloth. Beginning Tuesday, September 10, 2024, Shake Shack app users will be the first to taste the Black Truffle items again and by Friday, September 13, it will be offered to the general public.
Coming back after its first release in 2021, the Black Truffle Menu once again promises a premium umami-rich taste experience for guests.
Here’s what you can expect to taste from Shake Shack’s Black Truffle Menu lineup:
Black Truffle Burger
A cheeseburger with Gruyere cheese, topped with black truffle sauce made with real black truffle oil and crispy sweet onions, served on a toasted potato bun. You can get it at a price of $10.49.
Black Truffle ‘Shroom
Enjoy a crispy fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses. It’s also topped with black truffle sauce (made from real black truffle oil) and shredded lettuce, all served on a toasted potato bun. Grabe it for a price of $10.49.
Black Truffle Shack Stack
Gab your fill of cheesy Gruyere burger topped with a crispy fried portobello mushroom and filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses. You’ll enjoy every bite as it’s completed with black truffle sauce on a toasted potato bun. You can savor this stack for $13.49.
Black Truffle Parmesan Fries
Last but not the least, don’t forget your serving of crispy crinkle-cut fries dusted with parmesan cheese and served with black truffle sauce. A serving of this is priced at $5.99.
That’s not all, Shake Shack is also teaming up with TALEA Beer Co., the only woman- and veteran-owned and founded production brewery in New York City. Both brands are creating and selling a special drink to go with the Black Truffle menu—TALEA Black Truffle Lager, a refreshing lager brewed with real black truffles and porcini mushrooms, all created by TALEA in partnership with Shake Shack. They will be sold in a 16oz can at select Shake Shack locations across the city.
Shake Shack’s Black Truffle Menu will be available through the Shack App beginning Tuesday, September 10, 2024, and at Shake Shack locations nationwide on September 13, 2024. Meanwhile, the special TALEA lager can be found at select Shake Shack locations in New York City.
John Karangis, the Executive Chef and VP of Culinary Innovation at Shake Shack has shared their excitement to welcome their Black Truffle Menu back, a fan favorite lineup that’s meant to recognize the black truffle in a luxurious but approachable option. He also added that the lineup not only highlights the premium ingredients but also takes the guest experience to another level, along with their partnership with Talea Beer Co., which is also a brand born in New York City.

About Talea
TALEA (pronounced tah-lay-uh) is a New York-borne woman- and veteran-owned brewery founded in 2019 by Tara Hankinson and LeAnn Darland. They focus on creating flavorful and enjoyable alcoholic drinks in an inclusive atmosphere.

A Look At Shake Shack’s Previous Black Truffle Menu
This is the second time Shake Shack has introduced the Black Truffle Menu to the world, the first time was in 2021, where they only had two items under their belt.
Back on October 2021, Shake Shack combined their burger expertise and fine dining experience to bring real black truffle into their menu. And alas, the Black Truffle Burger and Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce were born.
Noticeably, there are major changes to this year’s Black Truffle Menu, wherein Shake Shack released three new items alongside their main offering, the Black Truffle Burger.

I’ve been craving for a burger for days already and Shake Shack‘s returning Black Truffle Menu may just be the best sign that I should give in. I haven’t tried their Black Truffle Burger before, so this is a great time for me to order one, along with their new Black Truffle Parmesan Fries. I’m not into alcoholic drinks, so I think I may skip the TALEA drink, but I’ll surely recommend it to my friends.
