Here’s a sneak peek of Crumbl’s newest non-cookie offering:
- Pumpkin Square – Halloween would surely come earlier with this pumpkin flavor surprise. This moist pumpkin cake is marbled with brown sugar cinnamon butter smothered in light vanilla cream cheese frosting.
- Lemon Cake – This dessert is heaven for lemon lovers with its two-tier lemon-flavored mini cake topped with lemon curd, lemon cream cheese frosting, and a lemon slice to finish the cake off.
- Peanut Butter Bar Dessert – Crumbl is baking something new with this dessert bar. It’s a chunky peanut butter with chocolate fudge buttercream drizzled on top, which is perfect for those who like a good revel bar treat.
- Apple Crumb Cake – This pastry proves that apple goes with cinnamon by blending the two flavors to create the cake. It is baked with crunchy cinnamon streusel and topped with caramel sauce and glaze.
- Cookies N’ Cream Cheesecake – It features a creamy cheesecake with Oreo bits baked in buttery cookies and cream crust. The cheesecake is topped with whipped cream swirl and more cookies and cream pieces.
- Pumpkin Muffin – A pumpkin-spiced flavored bread baked with crunchy cinnamon square streusel and a cinnamon cream cheese topping.
The first four cakes are being tested this week at selected Crumbl locations while the Cookies and Cream Cheesecake and Pumpkin Muffin were tested in the recent weeks. You can head over to your nearest Crumbl location to check if they are baking any test items.
As for the fans waiting for the release of these new cakes, there is no definite date yet, but Crumbl might be dropping one or two of these in their weekly releases in the coming weeks, so stay tuned.

What Fans Are Saying
Fans are raving about the nationwide release of the pumpkin-flavored squares and muffins, as expressed on social media. One fan even suggested to Crumbl a pumpkin-flavored cheesecake to grace their menu. Some hoped that the Apple Crumb cake would be cheesecake instead. Crumbl better be taking notes on that one!
Still, the sneak peek of future releases was met with mostly positive comments from fans and a few mixed reaction with the usual tagging of their friends and the comments about what pastries they’ll pick when Crumbl drops these new items for a nationwide weekly lineup release.
The Guts Cookie Is Making a Comeback Soon
Livies, it’s your time to shine! Crumbl just announced the comeback of the fan-favorite Guts Cookie in collaboration with Olivia Rodrigo and her GUTS 2024 concert tour. First introduced in February 2024, this cookie is dropping once again between August 19th and August 24th.
This purple treat features two chilled vanilla cookies filled with berries, jam, and vanilla buttercream. It is rolled with colorful star-shaped candy sprinkles inspired by the aesthetics of Rodrigo’s concert tour. Livies, grab your cookie ticket and play the GUTS album while waiting for the concert in your cities.
More Sweet Treats To Look Out For
Crumbl has brought more than just cookies to the table, as seen in their upcoming releases of non-cookie items. The brand has evolved from a cookie shop to a dessert shop selling cakes, bars, cookie dough, mini cookies, and puddings. - Cookie Pops – Bite-sized vanilla bean batter cookie pops dipped in melted pink-colored white chocolate and served on a stick.
- Toffee Cake – This new toffee cake features a caramel-soaked chocolate cake with whipped cream and chopped toffee pieces on top.
- German Chocolate Cake – Features two layers of chocolate cake with German chocolate filling topped with chocolate cream cheese frosting.
- Lemon Blackberry Cake – Features two layers of lemon poppyseed cake with blackberry cream cheese frosting topped with house-made blackberry topping.

From The Club
Every time I see Crumbl’s new releases, I know it will be the talk of the town, especially with Crumbl fans. They don’t just serve new cookie flavors like everyone expects of them. They try to create other desserts with plenty of Crumbl flavors to cater to everyone’s tastebuds. I’m a chocolate chip cookies and strawberry shortcake person, but Crumbl makes me want to experiment with new flavors, which is already a big change for me. It’s a given that we all dread Mondays, but at least Crumbl is bringing a positive surprise on the most hated day of the week; that’s what I love about them. Looks like I’ll be having my new favorite cookies.
