Both are now available at participating Starbucks stores, for a limited time or while supplies last. Let’s talk about the drinks first; prepare to get smitten by these two options:

  • Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Crème Frappuccino – The traditional holiday dessert you know and love is getting a makeover. This blended beverage combines strawberry puree, Frappuccino chips, ice, and milk. To complete the chocolate-strawberry experience, the drink comes with a splash of strawberry puree on top, whipped cream, and mocha drizzle.

Starbucks is also giving us lowkey cozy vibes this winter season with the arrival of new Blackberry Sage Lemonade Refresher and Midnight Drink beverages. Starting today, these too will be available in Starbucks stores in the US, as well as Canada, for a limited time.

To help you cope with winter blues, Starbucks came up with these new drinks that recall moments of comfort and familiarity. Beyond this, let’s take a look at what you can get out of these new Starbucks beverages, flavor-wise:

  • Blackberry Sage Lemonade Refresher – Imagine this as a brighter version of the Blackberry Sage Refresher, featuring the addition of lemonade for a sweet-tart flavor.
  • Midnight Drink – For a creamy twist, Starbucks also created a version with coconut milk, sweet blackberries, sage, and green coffee extract, shaken with ice.

According to Billy Altieri, Starbucks‘ lead beverage developer, you have to imagine you’re walking through a garden full of herbs and berries, so you’d know what you’re getting from these new beverages. He further added that herbs are common in mixology, offering that hint of warmth and balancing out sweet and juicy flavors.

From The Club

I gotta hand it to Starbucks, they never fail to show how much they love their customers by coming up with new delectable and refreshing drinks. The Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Crème Frappuccino is looking real nice, and I think it’s safe to say that it got me falling in love already! Those new refreshers are also tempting. While I’m not really a fan of blackberry, it’d be interesting to try a drink with notes of sage. Starbucks’ entire Valentine’s Day menu is such a treat; definitely worth digging into before we move on to that leaked spring menu. 👀
